What is there to fear about anything really?  Unless it coild kill you lol.  The mountain thing:  I am deathly affraid of height and really big superior things such as buildings and mountains and ships.

Please don't get me wrong - I understand fear is as fear does . . . I just never heard of that one before, and I wanted to understand.

How does the fear manifest? Are you afraid to look at them, or is it to go near them, or on them . . . or how does it affect you?

I am affraid to look at them at first. I get used to them the more I am around them. I am very affraid to be near them or to go on them. It is the same way with ships, rivers, any large body of water really.

I don't know what it's called, but i have a fear of crowds. Like, even going to Wal-Mart or the Grocery store. It used to be a lot worse. I was terrified to pump gas when i was a teenager. They say theirs a gene that causes ppl to be shy. I think i got that gene. My maw-maw was quiet, my dad was shy, and my mom was very shy. Not now, but i'm sure thats where i got my phobia from. I should pray about this. It's not a good phobia to have, but i do believe it's hereditary.

The fear of crowds is Agorophobia, I believe.

I have a fear of needles. Ironically though I am ok with having Blood taken. Never bothered me much. Except when the person taking it can't find the vein.

And I am rather anxious about dentists. Thank G-d for Nitrous Oxide. Or I would most likely never get my teeth looked at.
