I sit at the right hand of God in His kingdom in Christ, this Spiritual kingdom is literally not of this earth and above all creation.

Eph 4:10  He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.

1Co_15:48  As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly.
1Co_15:49  And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.
Eph_1:3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
Eph_1:20  Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
Eph_2:6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Eph_3:10  To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

Eph 1:21  Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

The far above all heavens is our eternal calling and it is not a call that is new earth or New Jerusalem that descends to earth or the firmament Heaven that will depart. The far above all heavens is where God is enthroned and it will never pass away. Our citizenship is with the Father in Christ not a city with gates guarded by angels for the twelve tribes of Israel to enter.

Gen 1:8  And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

Rev_6:14  And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Rev 21:1  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

Rev 21:2  And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

That is what the scripture teaches. We are far above all principality and power (by faith) in Christ Jesus. Shalom

Ephesians 1:[19] And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,
[20] Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,
[21] Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Colossians 3:[3] For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

'For ye are dead,
and your life is hid with Christ in God.
When Christ, who is our life, shall appear
then shall ye also appear with Him in glory.'
(Colossians 3:3-4)

Hello there,

By God's reckoning, as a member of the Church which is His Body, 'the fulness of Him that filleth all in all:  I have died with Christ, been buried, quickened, raised and seated with Christ at God's right hand, I have died and my life is hid with Christ in God, and when He appears in glory then I too will appear with Him there.

Thank you,
In Christ Jesus
our risen and glorified
Saviour, Lord and Head.
Chris

Point of clarification: That kingdom is not only spiritual, and while it is not of the earth, it permeates all of creation including the earth, and as such anyone not mindful of the kingdom's application here and now isn't actually sitting at the right hand.

Those that are mindful of earthly citizenship positions and blessings are not sitting in Christ at the Fathers right hand.

The "right hand" is not strictly about geography. It is not limited to a physical point in time or space. It includes a position of power and authority that covers all domains fo rhte sovereign being represented by the right hand. In this particular case the sovereignly sovereign Sovereign is GOD

Of course God is sovereign and enthroned far above all and His enthronement is a location that is not of this earth.  Christ ascended and is literally seated at the Father's right hand.

Far above all heavens (Eph 4:10) is distinctly not the earth.

Ephesians 1:19-21 Here we see God exalting Jesus above all others by seating Him at the right hand of the Father.

Therefore, what we can say is that "God’s right hand" refers to the Messiah, the LORD Jesus Christ, and He is of equal position, honor, power, and authority with God (John 1:1-5). The fact that Christ is "sitting" refers to the fact that His work of redemption is done and when the fullness of the Gentiles is brought in (Romans 11:25), Christ’s enemies will be made His footstool. When the end of the age comes, all prophecy will be completed, and time will be no more.

Hi Cntrysner,

It so does my heart good to hear some one else bringing forth the full purposes of God in Christ Jesus. Especially giving the Lord the pre-eminence `far above all,` in this age and the one to come.

May I ask where you learnt this great truth?

I would say that it was given to me when Christ made me a new creature. I understood that all my sins were removed, scripture revealed I was circumcised from my flesh and placed into His body and would never be separated from Him. I go where He goes therefore I ascended with Him.

Hi C,

That`s great. However many believers think they `descend` to the earth and that Jesus will rule `far below all.`

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
