Vickilynn, my age is of no concern to you and I know what I've done, I freely admit it. I am angry. Boiling in fact. But not for the reasons you would like to think. I've been on these boards long enough to know what is allowed and what isn't. And as far as I'm concerned my personal attack on you is no more or less than yours on mine as you just freely admitted that your entire goal was to ruffle my feathers...you laugh in my face all you want. I am fully aware of the situation. And I will speak in the face of the enemy every time.

Shalom Jackie,

Sorry you're angry, but you really need to chill. Look at G-d's Word dear. Another good example of why women should not lead. Too emotional. :emot-hug: I'm asking how old you are because of your less-than-mature responses. Justified in your mind or not, you're sinning and violating TOS.

Colossians 3

8But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth. 9 Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices

Hbr 4:12 For the word of God [is] living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

I send your own words back to you Vickilynn as you were obviously out to draw blood. You spoke it and you enjoyed it. You laugh in my face. And I don't believe a word you say when you tell me you're sorry I'm angry. If anyone should chill it should be you. For the talons of your paws bear my blood.

Shalom Jackie,

Oh, grow up girl! What drama!! Talons? Too funny! :emot-hug::)

I'm not the one "boiling mad" dear, you are.

You don't have a clue what my heart motives are. And your continued unChrist-like attacks just keep proving the point. Either give it to Jesus or let it go.

Shalom,

And why shouldn't I keep coming back?I'm not the one who said I was "leaving this tedious topic alone" many pages back and then keeps posting.

okay, I need to make a point here and then I'll leave this tedious topic alone.

I think you're funny actually, but I really am sorry you're so mad.

Proverbs 29:11 A fool gives full vent to his anger,

but a wise man keeps himself under control.

Please, grow up in the LORD. Age has nothing to do with spiritual maturity.

I'll post my statement again, in case it was missed.

I'm starting to get the idea that women, and men, believe that those who believe God's word teaches against Female Preachers are "ignorant" or "willingly oppressed". Poor, poor pitiful us! We find Scripture very clear, with muddied eyes! WOW. The blind leading the blind...Oh, my!

So if we believe that we can not preach, or have authority over men, that makes us stupid? Under-educated? Foolish? Somehow shy of the "wisdom" God has given those more enlightend who believe God's word doesn't really mean what it says it means and we just aren't smart enough to find the "hidden" message in there.

Or possibly not smart enough, to do as the Bereans, and study the Scriptures to find out if what we are being taught is correct.

Baiscally, what you are saying is, "You poor pitiful women, who have been oppressed all these years, you can't understand your plight, I've been more enlightened, [God speaks more to me than to you/I read His word, more often or better than you do] therefore I know more than you do. And since you couldn't possibly understand God's word the way I do, I will share my wisdom with you."

Now, please, help me to understand, why would I want to listen to a woman preacher who tells me that I can't possibly understand the scriptures the way she does because I read it differently?

That is the same type of oppression you claim the "MEN" of the Bible tried to impose upon women. Listen to me, I know better than you.

Philippians 2

3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.

4 Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.

5 Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:

6 Who, being in very nature God,

did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,

7 but made himself nothing,

taking the very nature of a servant,

being made in human likeness.

8 And being found in appearance as a man,

he humbled himself

and became obedient to death

the mad is over. and if you haven't noticed I haven't said one more word about the topic itself, merely the way you have purposely baited me. If you truly are sorry I was so mad, then admit that you hold responsibility in this little issue that has sprung up here and stop talking to me as if I am some idiot that just fell off a turnip truck....belittling another human being isn't very Christ-like either but you have managed to do it every time you address one of my posts.

Shalom Sweetie,

I'm sorry, but you are responsible for your own actions. Each of us stand accountable before the L-rd.

No one is doing anything to you. No one is forcing you to attack others and be defensive and bitter. And it's not about YOU dear.

I understand you have some personal issues, but we really need to focus on the Scriptures and how they apply.

Maybe you could just lighten up a little and talk about the topic instead of yourself?

You still haven't shown a single scripture in context that even supports your postion, and just ignore anything anyone says. You say focus on scriptures, well you mustnt be able to read very well, because you need to go back to the examples we've already given.

Talk about complete hypocrissy. You blind guide. Try reading your Bible for once, instead of relying on your husband or daddy to do it for you. Maybe if you actually thought for yourself about the meaning of scripture instead of parroting what someone else told you, you'd understand the Bible.

Then you wonder why I have the position I take. You decieve your own self, and then berate other believers and find fault with them for their issues beyond your own comprehension.

Untill you can actually address the passages I quoted in any way other than simply waving your hand and lying and discounting them, I consider this discussion over.

And this is edifying and Christian, calling someone a liar and blind, and they need to think for themselves instead of letting their daddy or husband do it???? You should have considered this discussion over before you made this hateful post.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
