Again, you're obviously confused.  They were not, by any stretch of the imagination, progressive.  They resisted change! They were firmly rooted in their dogmatic beliefs, which is why they missed the Savior.

The left has a lot of folks who champion for the rights of the transgender people  and the non-binary.  I have heard members of the left state that "men can get pregnant".

What they mean is that a woman born a woman but who identifies as a man, when pregnant, is a pregnant man.

The concept of a "pregnant man" has been around at LEAST since 2008 when I first heard of it.  A transgender man [biological female] with a beard, removed breasts, and daily male hormones - but "female" below the waist, stopped her male hormones long enough to get pregnant and touted herself as a pregnant man.  I remember she was exalted by the media for being "male" and "pregnant".

You may not like the article, but I find it believable that about a quarter of those who are quite progressive and far left believe in pregnant "men".

It's the same crowd that promotes and defends transgender females [biological males] as competing on women's sports teams.  The same principle.

 

So you find it believable.  I don't.  It is obviously a statement that is meant to make liberals look stupid.

I have explained this as best I can....but here I go again.

SOME liberals support transgender males and females.  To the point where SOME liberals believe transgender females [biological men] should be allowed to play on girls athletic teams.

Why do they believe this?  Because they support their transition and support their change to the point that they call them women.  Like Bruce Jenner.  SOME refuse to refer to Bruce as "he" and will only recognize him as "she".  They are dead serious about this.

It's the same thing with a pregnant "man".  The same liberals - NOT ALL - but SOME fully recognize these women living as men, AS men because these women call themselves "men".  They they choose to get pregnant - they call themselves pregnant "men" and they have SOME support as pregnant "men" by SOME of the liberal who themselves are political correct and support the transgender community.

SURELY you are smart enough to recognize that there ARE transgender people in this country - more and more everyday - and surely you are smart enough to know that SOME on the left gives them full support.

Just like I am smart enough to know and state that SOME on the right are ignorant of the truth of many things.

You, on the left, and me, on the right, don't come from "pure" stock.  We both have people on our own sides who err greatly.
