Yeah, I gotta go with that list too... but I am skeptical of all televangelists.

I've seen Jim Baker lie, cheat and steal. The we had Jimmy Swaggart get caught and cry on TV until he was finally driven off the air (but he still runs things or is highly involved). And we had Oral Roberts tell the nation that God was going to take him to heaven unless he could raise 10mil by such-n-such date - He raised 8mil, bought another huge house and a jet, and retired. Copeland has said some radical things, but I tune him out. All of them. At the end, is Graham because I heard him once say that God hates homosexuals and that's not right in line with scripture. God hates the sin, not the sinner. If a man strays a fraction that we notice, how far has he strayed that we have not?

My favorite is Robert Tilton. Dude gets caught red-handed for embezzlement, the reports are made public, has to relocate, and he's STILL in the air!

How these guys can thrive only tells me that the world is in serious trouble. And you know what the sad part is, they don't care that they decieve folks. They know they are behaving falsely, but their ideal is to get what they can now before they burn.

I admit, there's some good ones out there. Ed Young. Joel Olsteen. Even Graham can be "good", just don't get him started on homosexuals. It just stinks that the good ones are outshadowed by the bad ones to so many. I feel sad that my fellow humans are being led down the path of lies.

And now, back to Gene Scott!

I know this may be irrelevant to the topic.. but.. I am only 15 and that guy(Dr Gene Scott) looks SO familiar..

I have also become very skeptical of "televangelists"... Most of the time, they are just out to get people's money.. and I have heard some weird things concerning salvation. To be honest, I don't know their hearts, but God does. I guess, He will deal with them as He sees fit... whether that be treasures up in heaven ... or an eternal damnation.

Hmmmmmm So heaven is a punishment for not getting the 10 mil?
