I had to look that episode up because I do not watch the Simpsons as it has much content that is just not for me. Here's your answer that I found. This was the 666th episode of the Simpsons and they decided to do a parody of old devil movies that were popular many years ago. One especially where the baby son was born with a 666 mark on his head and was the devil. Why or why would you watch this stuff? And further still, why do you believe this is the mark of the beast? Hello, Jimbosan and welcome to the forum. Neither Cain nor Esau had the mark of the beast. Why? The mark of the beast does not come until THE Antichrist comes in the future. Cain did get a mark, but it was for people to leave him alone and not kill him. See Genesis 4:15-16. This is both a mark of acceptance of God's instruction and a reminder of those instructions, and thus of devotion to God. The Mark of the Beast then is primarily a spiritual matter of devotion to the Beast, whether it is physical or not. Can you be born with a devotion to the Beast?
