There was a place in Isreal that was like unto hell, but it is is not the actual hell. Isaiah 30:33 say the breath of the Lord kindles it so we know it's not some place here on earth and we know God is not involved in child sacrifice Tophet is a location in Jerusalem in the Valley of Hinnom, where worshipers engaged in a ritual involving "passing a child through the fire", most likely child sacrifice to a demon named Moloch.
