The little horn is already in the middle east.He arrived before 1948 and quickly became the strongest country in the middle east.

No one has been able to defeat him .I've read somewhere that he now has about 300 nuclear bombs.Not bad for a little horn

The beast in Revelation 13 which will rule the world for 42 months is the mortally wounded but healed head.     That does not take place until the middle part of the seven years.

What I suggest you do is to make a list of events in chronological order.

The beast which persecutes the saints for 42 months in revelation 13 is the little horn which persecutes the saints for 42 months.

I suggest you pay better attention to what you read.
