You seem to be only concerned with calling Trump to account, and never seem to mention anyone else, willing to overlook all others..

Is there a reason for this?

FWIW, since none of these cases seemed to pop up before Trump announced his run and did immediately after, with various Federal and State prosecutors meeting with the White House before they almost simultaneously filed charges do you think there might be some purely political weaponization of  prosecutions against a political opponent going on here?

This is one of the main reasons I just stop posting on another Christian forum.

Which bank(s) filed the initial claims of fraud against Trump and what was their testimony in Court concerning their losses?

None. Bankers actually testified on Trump's behalf, saying that they will always do their own evaluations as to the value of a property, and not rely solely on the statements of a borrower. Standard business practice; any lender who would not do so does not belong in the business. The complaint of fraud came solely from the New York Attorney's office, which had no financial stake in the issue -- well, except to reap about $350 million in profits from the Trump business.

That is why Trump rightfully claims that this is a political scam.

And that brings me to my final point... yes, you can bring suit for virtually anything and typically have standing.

" Solomon "Sol" Wachtler is an American lawyer and Republican politician. He was Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals from 1985 to 1992. Wachtler's most famous quote, made shortly after his appointment as Chief Judge, was that district attorneys could get grand juries to "indict a ham sandwich". " -- Wikipedia

Well, I suppose that if a Prosecutor can get a ham sandwich indighted a Judge can get one convicted.

All that is needed is a favorable jury pool. Like in NYC, DC, and Atlanta.

Interesting.  I have not read 10 words of the story or more than a headline.... barely even that.

So the financial institution had employees associated with processing Trump & Co. Said loan(s) testify to the fact that they did their own appraisal and valuation of the collateral instead of relying on Trump's spoken word?

Wow.

So, can anyone tell me what the fines were for the financial institution, if any?  There had to have been some.

Obviously no longer a friend of nor personal attorney for  Donald Trump Michael Cohen does raise an interesting warning.

Nope; none at all.

Like Trump correctly kept saying over and over again, "There was no victim here!"

That is always a concern... it would be with anyone who was just fined the amount of money Mr. Trump was.

That being said, I believe the bigger "threat" is the potential retribution should Trump win in the presidential election.

The enemies of Mr. Trump may well receive the characteristics of the caricature they have created.

That is wild.  I mean... staggering.

I would say- 'The empire has no clothes....'  but we already knew that.
