His Logos

John 5:

38 But you do not have His Logos abiding in you, because whom He sent, Him you do not believe.

39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life;

and these are they which testify of Me.

John 8:37 I know that you are Abraham’s descendants, but you seek to kill Me,

because My Logos has no place in you

John 2:24 But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all men,

25 and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man.

The Light Of God’s Will

Man could no longer live by God’s Will, for the Light of Truth, found in the Logos had died.

Man lost his connection to God, rendering him incapable

of reflecting the image of Whom he was made, hence,

Genesis 6:5 Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth,

and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Adam lost his standing as a son of God, although his seed continued as a son of man, in body soul, and spirit.

What died in him was the Will of God, as expressed by the Light of Truth found in the Logos.

John 1:

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

He was in the beginning with God.

All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

The Anointing of God on chosen men allowed them to serve the Will of God in the Light of Truth

Acts 13: 36 For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell asleep,

was buried with his fathers, and saw corruption;

David gives us tremendous insight into the Logos and the Light of God

Psalm 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

What died in man when he ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil was the Logos,

the Light in his heart, and the ability to do God’s Will.

By the power of the Holy Spirit, a believer can now die to his own will, the Logos can shine in his heart,

to serve God in righteousness and holiness, in Spirit and in Truth

Colossians 3:3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

2 Corinthians 4:6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness,

who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God

in the face of Jesus Christ.

Romans 12:

1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God,

that you present your bodies a living sacrifice,

holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed

by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is

that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Psalm 40:

7 Then I said, “Behold, I come;
In the scroll of the book it is written of me.
8 I delight to do Your will, O my God,
And Your law is within my heart.”

Hebrews 10:

5 Therefore, when He came into the world, He said:

Sacrifice and offering You did not desire,
But a body You have prepared for Me.
6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin
You had no pleasure.
7 Then I said, Behold, I have come—
In the volume of the book it is written of Me—
To do Your will, O God.

8 Previously saying, Sacrifice and offering, burnt offerings,

and offerings for sin You did not desire,

nor had pleasure in them (which are offered according to the law),

9 then He said, Behold, I have come to do Your will, O God.

He takes away the first that He may establish the second.

10 By that will we have been sanctified through the offering

of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord.

Walk as children of light.

In Adam, man was cut off from the Light of Truth.

The Son of God, Who is the Light of Truth, restores us

by the indwelling Spirit of Truth He bestows upon us

as a gift.

Matthew 6:

22 “The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good,

your whole body will be full of light.

23 But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness.

If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

2 Corinthians 11:

12 But what I do, I will also continue to do,

that I may cut off the opportunity from those

who desire an opportunity to be regarded

just as we are in the things of which they boast.

13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,

transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.

14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light.

15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves

into ministers of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works.

The more accurate statement is that as a result of that act of disobedience,

man was denied access to the tree of Life...Thanks for asking!

Don't know. The point is to have access in Christ.

John 10: 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.

I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Revelation2:

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches;

To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life,

which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

As essential and as simple as speaking...

Proverbs 18:24 Death and life are in the power of the tongue:

and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

Essential portion or element

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
