It does “imply”that Jesus had a “sin nature” when you say Jesus had a “dual nature” And when you say that God is “fully man” it also implies the same. In order to be “fully man” one has to have the “sin nature” that is in all mankind.

There is NO scripture that says Jesus had a “dual nature” and is “fully man” that is the words of men, NOT the words of God.

1 John 4:2-3, "And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world."

Is a foundational scripture emphasizing the essential truth that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. This passage addresses the doctrinal significance of Christ's incarnation, affirming that anyone who denies this truth is influenced by the spirit of antichrist. This declaration underscores the reality of Jesus' humanity alongside His divinity. He was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and lived a sinless life among humanity (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:35; Hebrews 4:15).

o deny that Jesus Christ came in the flesh is to reject His true identity and purpose. It challenges the foundational belief that Jesus is the Word made flesh (John 1:14), who dwelt among us to reveal the Father's love and to provide redemption for mankind. This truth is essential because it affirms the completeness of Christ's sacrifice on the cross, where He offered Himself as the perfect Lamb of God, without blemish, to atone for our sins (Hebrews 9:14).

acknowledging Jesus' incarnation is crucial for understanding His role as the mediator between God and humanity (1 Timothy 2:5). By becoming flesh, Jesus could sympathize with our weaknesses and become the perfect High Priest who intercedes for us before the Father (Hebrews 2:17-18; Hebrews 4:14-16). Affirming that Jesus Christ came in the flesh is not merely a theological statement but a foundational truth that defines our faith. It acknowledges Jesus' humanity, His sacrificial death, and His victory over sin and death, all of which are essential for our salvation and eternal life in Him.

Romans 1:22, "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,"

Is a poignant statement that addresses the consequences of human pride and the rejection of God's wisdom. The verse critiques those who, in their pursuit of knowledge and understanding apart from God, ultimately fail to acknowledge Him and His truth. It speaks to a mindset that places human reasoning and wisdom above the wisdom of God, leading to spiritual blindness and folly.

In context, the apostle Paul is describing a progression of spiritual decline among humanity, starting with the suppression of the truth about God that is evident in creation (Romans 1:18-20). Instead of honoring God and giving Him thanks, people exchange the glory of the immortal God for idols and self-serving desires (Romans 1:21-23). This rejection of God's revealed truth and substitution with human-made wisdom ultimately leads to a state of spiritual foolishness.

Romans 1:22 serves as a cautionary reminder about the dangers of intellectual pride and arrogance. It highlights the folly of relying solely on human understanding and wisdom while disregarding or neglecting the wisdom that comes from God. This verse is a call to humility and a recognition of our dependence on God for true wisdom and understanding. It encourages believers to seek God's wisdom through His Word and Spirit, acknowledging His sovereignty and authority over all knowledge and truth. In doing so, we avoid the trap of becoming fools in our own estimation and instead embrace the wisdom that comes from a reverent acknowledgment of God and His ways.

Romans 1:23, "And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things."

Portrays a tragic shift in human worship, where the glory of the incorruptible God, who is eternal and unchanging, is exchanged for images resembling corruptible creatures—humans, birds, animals, and creeping things. This verse reflects on the consequences of idolatry, where humanity forsakes the worship of God, who created and sustains all things, and instead elevates created beings or objects to divine status. It underscores the spiritual decay that ensues when people prioritize worldly and material pursuits over acknowledging and honoring God as the ultimate source of truth and authority. This passage serves as a solemn warning against the dangers of idolatry, urging believers to guard their hearts and minds against any form of worship or devotion that detracts from God's rightful place as the center of our lives. It calls for a steadfast commitment to worshiping God in spirit and truth, acknowledging His sovereignty, and living in alignment with His divine will and purpose.

Romans 1:24, "Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:"

Speaks to the consequences of humanity's rejection of God and His truth. This verse describes how God, in response to people's persistent rebellion and idolatry, allows them to experience the full consequences of their sinful choices. Here, God "gave them up" signifies His withdrawal of restraining grace, allowing individuals to follow the lusts of their own hearts. This abandonment leads to moral degradation and impurity, where people dishonor their bodies through sinful practices.

This passage is a sobering reminder of the spiritual and moral decline that results from turning away from God. It highlights the progression of sin—from idolatry and disobedience to God's truth, to the indulgence of sinful desires and behaviors. When individuals reject God's moral standards and pursue their own selfish desires, they experience the harmful consequences of sin, which include dishonoring their bodies through immoral acts.

This verse underscores the importance of maintaining a lifestyle that honors God and His principles of righteousness. It encourages believers to remain steadfast in their commitment to holiness and purity, avoiding the allure of worldly pleasures that lead to spiritual and moral compromise. By staying faithful to God and His Word, believers uphold the sanctity of their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), reflecting God's glory and living in accordance with His divine purposes.

1 Timothy 3:16, "And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh ..."

Encapsulates a profound declaration concerning the nature and work of Jesus Christ. It celebrates the mystery of godliness, revealing how God Himself was manifested in the flesh through Jesus Christ (Fully Human, seed of woman). This statement affirms the fundamental belief that Jesus is both fully God and fully man.

Seed of a Woman: This phrase originates from Genesis 3:15, often referred to as the protoevangelium or the first proclamation of the gospel. It prophesies that the seed of the woman will bruise the head of the serpent, referring to the ultimate victory of Christ over Satan and sin. In this context, "seed of the woman" emphasizes Jesus' Full humanity. He was born of the Virgin Mary through the miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:31-35), fulfilling the prophecy that the Messiah would come from the lineage of humanity, specifically through a woman.

The phrase "God was manifest in the flesh" emphasizes the incarnation of Jesus Christ, where the eternal Son of God took on human form to dwell among us (John 1:14). This manifestation of God in human flesh is a pivotal event in history, demonstrating God's love for humanity and His desire to reconcile us to Himself (2 Corinthians 5:19).

Nowhere in scripture does it say God is “fully man”.  The problem is, you and others do not understand what it truly means to be “fully” a man.

Does God have a “sin nature”like man? Of course not

Does God have the same heart/mind/spirit that is in man? Of course not.

The heart of man is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked.

The carnal mind of man is at enmity against God.

The spirit that dwells in man lusts to envy?

When people say God is “fully man” it goes to show how little they truly understand about the difference between the “fallen nature”of man and God’s “Divine nature.”

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent

That which is born of the flesh is “flesh;” and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

The word “flesh” in that verse means…
  1. the flesh, denotes mere human nature, the earthly nature of man “apart from divine influence,” and therefore prone to sin and opposed to God.

  2. Was Jesus void of Divine influence and prone to sin and opposed to God?  I think not!😊

The problem is in the saying “fully man”.  Jesus did not have “the carnal sin nature of man,”therefore He is not “fully” a man in every way.

2 John 1:7

For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Such a one is the deceiver and the antichrist.

If Jesus is not Fully Man. Is He Fully Woman. Is He a Ghost. Is He an animal. If Jesus is not a Man than what is He?

There is more to being “fully” a man than just the physical body.  Man is body, soul, and “spirit.”

The spirit in man has to do with his “heart/mind/spirit.”

Man is “carnally minded,”God and Jesus are not.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
