Beloved ones, we heard our teacher Jesus said:

“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his HOUSE upon a rock:”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that HOUSE; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his HOUSE upon the sand:”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“and the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that HOUSE; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

How may we understand what Jesus taught us?

Let us consider what apostle Paul said:

“Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.”

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭2‬:‭13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us consider:

Which things also JESUS speaks, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

Let us now compare spiritual things with spiritual, that we may know WHAT HOUSE do Jesus refer to.

This we heard apostle Paul explained:

“For we know that if our earthly HOUSE of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an HOUSE not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.

For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our HOUSE which is from heaven:

if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.”

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us reconsider again what we have heard:

“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his HOUSE upon a rock:”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭24‬ ‭KJV

“And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his HOUSE upon the sand:”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭26‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for clarity:

For this reason Jesus’ people or any person who understand these sayings of His , and doeth them, Jesus will liken him unto a SPIRITUAL man, which CLOTHED UPON his HEAVENLY HOUSE on spiritual rock, Christ:

“And every one that heareth these sayings of Jesus, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a FLESHLY man, which built his EARTHLY HOUSE on loose substance, the flesh.

Now, let us consider again what we have heard about THE RAIN, THE FLOOD and THE WINDS:

“and THE RAIN descended, and THE FLOODS came, and THE WINDS blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“and THE RAIN descended, and THE FLOODS came, and THE WINDS blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us spiritually compare. This, we heard:

“MY DOCTRINE shall drop as THE RAIN, My speech shall distil as the dew, As the small rain upon the tender herb, And as the showers upon the grass:”

‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭32‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That we understand THE RAIN IS JESUS’ DOCTRINE

We also heard:

”Save me, O God;

For the waters are come in unto my soul.“

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭69‬:‭1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

”I sink in deep mire, where there is no standing:

I am come into deep waters, where THE FLOODS overflow me.“

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭69‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Mire according to dictionary is:

a stretch of swampy or boggy ground."acres of land had been reduced to a mire

a situation or state of difficulty, distress, or embarrassment from which it is hard to extricate oneself

That we may understand:

Save me, O God, for I sink in DEEP MIRE, where there is no standing.

Save me, O God, for I sink in DEEP MIRE or DEEP situation or state of difficulty, distress, or embarrassment from which it is hard to extricate myself where there is no standing.

That we may understand:

For THE WATERS are come in unto my soul, for I am come into DEEP WATERS, where THE FLOODS overflow me.

For THE WATERS (or THE SITUATIONS) are come in unto my soul, for I am come into DEEP WATERS (or DEEP state of difficulties, distresses or embarrassments), where THE FLOODS (or the difficulties, distresses or embarrassments)

overflow me.

We come to understand THE FLOODS are THE DIFFICULTIES, DISTRESSES OR EMBARRASSMENTS.

And this we heard about THE WINDS:

“To make the weight for THE WINDS; And he weigheth the waters by measure.”

‭‭Job‬ ‭28‬:‭25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And their camels shall be a booty, and the multitude of their cattle a spoil: and I will scatter into ALL WINDS them that are in the utmost corners; and I will bring their calamity from ALL SIDES THEREOF, saith the LORD.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭49‬:‭32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We come to understand THE WINDS are THE SIDES THEREOF.

Let us consider what our teacher Jesus said:

Paraphrasing for clarity:

For this reason Jesus’ people or any person who understand these sayings of His , and doeth them, Jesus will liken him unto a SPIRITUAL man, which CLOTHED UPON HIS HEAVENLY HOUSE on spiritual rock, Christ:

and JESUS’ DOCTRINE descended, and THE DIFFICULTIES, DISTRESSES OR EMBARRASSMENTS

came, and THE SIDES blew, and beat upon that HEAVENLY house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon CHRIST.

“And every one that heareth these sayings of Jesus, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a FLESHLY man, which built his EARTHLY HOUSE on loose substance, the flesh.

“and JESUS’ DOCTRINE  descended, and THE DIFFICULTIES, DISTRESSES OR EMBARRASSMENTS came, and THE SIDES blew, and beat upon that EARTHLY house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭27‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Selah

For we also heard apostle Paul said:

“But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭13‬:‭14‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make provision for THE HOLY SPIRIT, to fulfil the GODLY LOVE thereof.

Selah

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.

Amen

Greetings....

Mt.7:24 is written immediately after Mt. 7:21-23 where the Messiah tells us that even RELIGIOUS people will be cast away from Him.

WHY are they cast away?  Because they do not obey Torah (Mt. 7:23 citing Ps.6:8 which casts away those who do iniquity....)

So what is this "iniquity" of Ps. 6:8?  It is TORAH-DISOBEDIENCE.

Ok then!  Let's obey Torah!

That's what our Messiah taught us to do...

We build our lives on the foundation of His word: Torah.

Blessings...

Greeting beloved one.

Are you considering what has been written in Matthew 7:21-23 prior to Matthew 7:24?

Let us read again:

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but

HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What Jesus pinpoint is “HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN.”

That we consider that those who do not do the will of His father which is in heaven are WORKERS OF INIQUITY.

We can’t label those who were  RELIGIOUS as WORKERS OF INIQUITY.

For we heard:

“There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judæa, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. AND THEY WERE BOTH RIGHTEOUS BEFORE GOD, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.”

‭‭Luke‬ ‭1‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

And we also can’t label all who were RELIGIOUS were ALL WORKERS OF GOODNESS.

God know. And we know the workers of iniquity bu their evil fruits and the workers of goodness by their good fruits.

Beloved one, you were considering,”WHY are they cast away?  Because they do not obey Torah.”

Torah is law.

We should consider what we have heard apostle Paul said:

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who WALK not after the flesh, but AFTER THE SPIRIT.

For THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS hath made me free from THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH.”

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We can consider THE WORKERS OF INIQUITY obey THE LAW OF SIN AND DEATH, for they walk after the flesh and departed from Jesus.

Likewise, we can consider THE WORKERS OF GOODNESS obey THE LAW OF THE SPIRIT OF LIFE IN CHRIST JESUS, for they walk after the Spirit and are welcomed by Jesus. For they received no condemnation but praise from Jesus.

Beloved one, THE OBEDIENCE that we should consider is WALKING AFTER THE SPIRIT.

What is THE SPIRIT?

This, we heard our Lord and teacher said:

“It is THE SPIRIT that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK UNTO YOU, THEY ARE SPIRIT, and they are life.”

‭‭John‬ ‭6‬:‭63‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us perceive and understand what SPIRITUAL WORDS THAT JESUS SPEAK UNTO US, that we may walk after THE SPIRIT.

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.

Amen

Beloved ones, we heard our Lord Jesus said:

“And he said unto them, Take heed WHAT YE HEAR: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: AND UNTO YOU THAT HEAR SHALL MORE BE GIVEN.”

‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us consider  again what we have heard:

“AND THE RAIN DESCENDED, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This, we also we heard:

“FOR AS THE RAIN COMETH DOWN, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but WATERETH THE EARTH, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:”

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

For we heard Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25‬ ‭KJV‬‬ saying: “AND THE RAIN DESCENDED”. We may paraphrase THAT THE RAIN DESCENDED or WATERETH THE EARTH.

Paraphrasing for clarity:

and Jesus’ doctrine DESCENDED or WATERETH (THE EARTH).

Paraphrasing for more clarity:

and Jesus’ doctrine quicken the heart…

Then we heard:

“and the rain descended, AND THE FLOODS CAME, AND THE WINDS BLEW,

AND BEAT UPON THAT HOUSE; AND IT FELL NOT: for it was founded upon a rock.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Since IT FELL NOT, we may paraphrase for clarity:

and Jesus’ doctrine quicken the heart and the ease, comfort/pleasure/TESTIMONIES or confidence came, and the sides thereof or THE SIDES OF THE TESTIMONIES saved, and protected /defended/praised /commended that heavenly house; and the heavenly house rose: for it WAS FOUNDED on Christ.

For we also heard:

“Concerning thy TESTIMONIES, I have known of old That thou HAST FOUNDED them for ever.”

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭119‬:‭152‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for more clarity:

and Jesus’ doctrine quicken the heart and the ease, comfort/pleasure/TESTIMONIES or confidence came, and the sides thereof or THE SIDES OF THE TESTIMONIES saved, and protected /defended/praised /commended that heavenly house; and the heavenly house rose: for the heavenly house WAS TESTIFIED on Christ.

For we also heard:

“The LORD by WISDOM HATH FOUNDED the earth; By understanding hath he established the heavens.”

‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for more clarity:

and Jesus’ doctrine quicken the WISE/SPIRITUAL heart and the ease, comfort/pleasure/testimonies or confidence came, and the sides thereof or the sides of testimonies saved, and protected /defended/praised /commended that heavenly house; and the heavenly house rose: for the heavenly house was testified on Christ.

Selah

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.

Amen

1.  It is bad to walk after the flesh.

2.  The flesh is of Torah-disobedience (Rom.8:7).

3.  Thus, it's bad to disobey Torah.

So obey!

Blessings...

Beloved one, I would like to share what I have shared before, that you may know the good will of God.

Beloved ones, what is the good will of God. This is what we have heard:

““Glory to God in the highest,

And on earth peace, GOODWILL toward men!””

‭‭Luke‬ ‭2:14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Beloved ones, there is goodwill of God towards men.

And this is what we have heard:

“But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us,

even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive TOGETHER with Christ (by grace we have been saved),

and raised us up TOGETHER, and made us sit TOGETHER in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2:4-7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Let our hearts perceive and understand God TOGETHER WITH US and IN US, that is His good will towards us.

To God the Father be glory and thanksgiving through Christ. Amen.

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

How may we be that do the will of His father which is in heaven?

This we heard Jesus said:

“While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brethren stood without, desiring to speak with him.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭46‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Then one said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren stand without, desiring to speak with thee.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭47‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭48‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“AND HE STRETCHED FORTH HIS HAND TOWARD HIS DISCIPLES, AND SAID, BEHOLD my mother and my brethren!”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭49‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For WHOSOEVER shall DO THE WILL OF MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭50‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What is BEHOLD?

Behold defined as see or observe (a thing or person, especially a remarkable or impressive one).

For we perceive Jesus stretched His hands towards HIS DISCIPLES whom He considers to be His mother and brethren.

Paraphrasing for clarity:

For WHOSOEVER or ( Jesus’ DISCIPLES or any person) shall DO THE WILL OF HIS FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN, the same is His brother, and sister, and mother.

Beloved ones, let us be JESUS’ DISCIPLES or WORKERS OF GOODNESS, that we may do THE WILL OF JESUS’ FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN.

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.

Amen

Beloved ones, we heard Jesus said:

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

WHAT are FALSE PROPHETS?

Let us explore the word “prophesy”.  According to o Oxford dictionary, the meaning is: say that (a specified thing) will happen in the future.

We perceive that FALSE PROPHETS are those who say that (a specified thing) will happen in the future, that are FALSE.

For we heard: “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

Paraphrasing for clarity;

Be cautious and alert to the dangers of FALSE TEACHERS or FALSE PROCLAIMER OF THE WILL OF GOD which hide malicious intent, for inwardly they are greedy, violent, and devouring people.

Then Jesus our teacher said:

“Ye shall KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUITS. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Even so every good tree BRINGETH FORTH  good fruit; but a corrupt tree BRINGETH FORTH evil fruit.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“A good tree cannot BRING FORTH evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree BRING FORTH good fruit.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Every tree that BRINGETH not FORTH good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“WHEREFORE BY THEIR FRUITS YE SHALL KNOW THEM.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

We heard five times that Jesus mentioned “BRINGETH FORTH OR BRING FORTH” to explain wherefore or for that reason you shall know them by their fruits.

Now, let us compare spiritual things with spiritual.

This, we heard:

“Ye have not CHOSEN me, but I have CHOSEN you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What have we not chosen Jesus ? This is what we have heard earlier, our Lord said:

“Ye are MY FRIENDS, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15:14-15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So we didn’t choose Jesus as FRIEND but He called and have chosen us as His FRIENDS.

Yes, He have said:

“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ORDAINED you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What is the meaning of “ordained”?

1. make (someone) a priest or minister; confer holy orders on.

2.order or decree (something) officially.

So Jesus have made us priests or ministers, that He has decreed us officially His PRIESTS or MINISTERS,

that should go and bring forth fruit, and that our fruit should remain.

How we should go and BRING FORTH FRUIT?

This, we heard:

“which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and BRINGETH FORTH FRUIT, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That bring forth fruit, as it does also in us, since the day we heard of IT and knew the grace of God in truth.

What is this IT ? Earlier we heard:

“for the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before IN THE WORD OF THE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL;”

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This IT is IN THE WORD OF THE TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL.

So, that bring forth fruit, as the word of the truth of the gospel does also that bring forth fruit in us, since the day we heard of the word of the truth of the gospel and knew the grace of God in truth.

We perceive that we bring forth fruit — the day we heard of the word of the truth of the gospel and knew the grace of God in truth.

So we who go and bring forth fruit, we who speak of the word of the truth of the gospel, that those who hear may know the grace of God in truth.

Also, our Lord said “and that your fruit should REMAIN”.

How our fruit should remain?

REMAIN is defined as that continue to exist, especially after other similar or related people or things have ceased to exist.

So especially after our old nature or old self have ceased to exist, that continue to exist is our new nature in Christ.

As our Lord Jesus said :

““I am the vine; you are the branches. If you REMAIN in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15:5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

So if we remain in Christ or spiritually if we remain in the vine, that we are the branches, that we will bear much fruit.  For apart from Christ we can do nothing.

We perceive that our fruit should REMAIN, that we remain in Christ,

and He in us, we will bear much fruit, that we will speak of the word of the truth of the gospel, that those who hear may know the grace of God in truth.

So we have not chosen Jesus as friend but He has chosen as His FRIENDS and ordained us as His priests or ministers that we should go and bring forth fruit, that is, we

speak of the word of the truth of the gospel, that those who hear may know the grace of God in truth.

And that our fruit should remain, that is, that we remain in Christ, that after our old nature or old self have ceased to exist, that continue to exist, that we remain  in Christ’s nature:

that whatsoever we shall ask of the Father in His name, He may give it us.

Beloved ones, let us speak of the word of the truth of the gospel, that those who hear may know the grace of God in truth. For this is how the Lord told us that we should go and bring forth fruit.

To God the Father all glory and thanksgiving through Christ. Amen.

1.  It is bad to walk after the flesh.

2.  The flesh is of Torah-disobedience (Rom.8:7).

3.  Thus, it's bad to disobey Torah.

Now the works of the flesh are self evident... adultery, fornication, uncleanness, a disregard of rules,
idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murder, drunkenness,
revelings and such like Galatians 5:19-20

By the power of the Spirit we go away from the works of the flesh.
We take hold of that power through faith, the death and resurrection of Christ shed forth the Holy Spirit freely,
believing such, we are indwelt and empowered by the Holy Spirit to overcome the flesh.

If anyone transgresses (1 John 3:4, disobeys the Torah)
and abides not in the doctrine of Christ, they do not have God.
Whoever abides in the doctrine of Christ, has both the Father and the Son.
2 John 1:9-10  (Matthew 7:28)

Beloved ones, we heard:

“And he said unto them, Take heed WHAT YE HEAR: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: AND UNTO YOU THAT HEAR SHALL MORE BE GIVEN.”

‭‭Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭24‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let us consider again what our Lord Jesus taught:

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Why did Jesus talk about FALSE PROPHETS and RAVENING WOLVES then He talked about FRUIT?

For we heard Jesus talked about GRAPES OF THORNS, FIGS OF THISTLES and He also talked about a CORRUPT TREE or EVIL FRUIT.

For our Lord and teacher Jesus said:

“Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭15‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for clarity:

Be cautious and alert to the dangers of false teachers or false proclaimer of the will of God or those who say that ( a specified thing) will happen in the future, that are false which hide malicious intent, for inwardly they are greedy, violent, and devouring people.

Then we heard:

“Ye shall know THEM by THEIR FRUITS. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

That we perceive THEM  are FALSE PROPHETS and RAVENING WOLVES and THEIR FRUITS are that THEY SPEAK FORTH FALSE TEACHING and FALSE will of God and FALSEHOOD about THE FUTURE.

What is the answer to the question:

Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

No.

Men gather NOT or save NOT GRAPES OF THORNS but men save GRAPES OF WHOLENESS.

Men gather NOT or save NOT FIGS OF THISTLES but men save FIGS OF PLEASANTNESS or FIGS OF GOOD TESTIMONIES.

Then we heard:

“Even so every GOOD tree bringeth forth GOOD fruit; but a CORRUPT tree bringeth forth EVIL fruit.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭17‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for clarity:

All the same every GOOD tree bringeth forth GOOD fruit.

Paraphrasing for more clarity:

All the same every man placed the GOOD word of God by the Heavenly Father in his or her heart speak forth GOOD teaching or GOOD will of God or GOOD prophecy that are TRUE.

Selah ( reflect to pause)

but a CORRUPT tree bringeth forth EVIL fruit.

Paraphrasing for clarity:

but a man placed the CORRUPTED word by THE DEVIL in his or her heart speak forth EVIL TEACHING, EVIL will, or EVIL PROPHECY that are FALSE.

Then we heard:

“A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for clarity:

A GOOD man cannot speak forth EVIL TEACHING, EVIL will, or EVIL PROPHECY that are FALSE, neither can a CORRUPT man  speak forth GOOD teaching or GOOD will of God or GOOD prophecy that are TRUE.

Why do Jesus speak only A GOOD TREE ? Why NOT many GOOD TREES?

This, we heard:

“I am THE VINE, ye are THE BRANCHES: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same BRINGETH FORTH MUCH FRUIT: for without me ye can do nothing.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭5‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us abide in Jesus Christ and we in Him, the same bringeth much fruit, that we speak forth THE WORD OF TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL or THE TRUE HOPE.

Then we heard Jesus said:

“Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for clarity:

Every man that speak not forth THE WORD OF TRUTH OF THE GOSPEL or TRUE HOPE is hewn down ( is cut down or fell), and cast into  the fire ( or helplessness).

For we also heard Jesus said:

“Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.”

‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us abide in Jesus, for we shall be gathered or saved as sanctified, that is flourishing; and men (or angels) gather (or save) us and enhance us into the living waters (or living spirits) and we are quenched from helplessness, for we are helped.

Next, Jesus said:

“Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Paraphrasing for clarity:

For this reason by THEIR WORKS OF INIQUITY, that is CONVERSATION OF INIQUITY or WORKS of GOODNESS, that is CONVERSATION OF GOODNESS you shall know THEM.

For this, we heard:

“Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: And to him that ordereth HIS CONVERSATION ARIGHT will I shew THE SALVATION OF GOD.”

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭50‬:‭23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“among whom also we all had our CONVERSATION in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Beloved ones, let us order our conversation aright will He show the salvation of God.

To God the Father be all glory and thanksgiving through Christ.

Amen

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
