To me the prophecies are lining up perfectly.

Jerusalem restored, the forces across the Euphrates, Magog, are all lining up.

Since this is a different theory from what is generally taught, it does take some explanation.

The E.U. and the  Middle East nations certainly play a part, whether they ignore Israel and let Israel fall or participate in the actual attack as allies.

Iran is the kings of the east I believe. They are currently at war with Israel.

This situation could never have happened before because Jerusalem was not restored. 

That lines up with the 6th trumpet and the 6th vial/bowl.

1929, 5th trumpet, Vatican Rome returns to sit on the seat of the beast. Israel is driven out of the gentile nations resulting in the restoration of Jerusalem.

1948, The process of restoration actually begins to take form.

1967, Israel is restored to control of Jerusalem completing the restoration.

9/11/01, The 6th trumpet, the result is the drying up of the power of the people of the Euphrates River, Iraq, making way for Iran to attack Jerusalem.

2013, The Vatican recognizes Palestine over Israel.

2015, Vatican/Iran treaty, completing the deception of the kings of the east by the dragon/beast/FP. The Vatican sides with Iran.

Presently, Iran, the kings of the east is increasing the attacks on Israel which will end with the fall of Jerusalem.

Imagine that you are with John in 96 AD. You are writing to the 7 congregations in Asia. Why aren't you writing to Jerusalem?

Because Jerusalem, that great city, has been wiped of the face of the earth. All the people were slaves, dead, or in the non Roman gentile nations.

Oh Jerusalem, you murdered the saints, killed your king, and killed those who worship the God who is Love. You played the whore with every fowl spirit and now your judgment by the Lord God Jesus, your king, has come. 

 Jerusalem, you fell because you valued material riches and chose the material over God and the spiritual riches.

Jerusalem, you had the Law and the Prophets, but chose Caesar, "We have no king but Caesar", John 19:15.

That was 96 AD, but now, we are at the end of the story.

That time is over and Jerusalem was restored in 1967.

America supports Jerusalem, for a moment.

America is falling in front of us. 

All these political currents are leading to the fall of Jerusalem by the forces from across the Euphrates and their allies.

Kings do what they want, not what the people want. 

What about the next guy? Or the next one or the one after that?

Once the power is consolidated, the next one might hate Israel. It's only a matter of time now before America turns against Jerusalem.

The Rev 10-11 scroll is sweet and bitter. Sweet, Jerusalem will be restored. Bitter, restored Jerusalem will fall.

Restored Jerusalem is falling in front of us.

America is falling, Jerusalem will follow.

Isaiah, Jeremiah and other prophets speak of this time as well, as it occurred in their time. So according to your theory, Baby is " fallen" Three times.

More speculation. The beast is a civil empire, the woman is religious empire of diverse idolatry that has been since  Egypt, and in Assyria, Babylon, Mede/Persia, Greece, and Rome as a civil governments, not a religious institution. 

Rev 17:1 - And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters [peoples, mutlitudes, nations, tongues, through put history]
 2 With whom the kings of the earth [civil governments] have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication [worship of false gods].
 3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

Re 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains [civil empires], on which the woman [various idolatrous systems/religion] sitteth.
 10 And [of course] there are seven kings [over the seven mountains]: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
 11 And the beast that was [Rev.13:1 in its entire prophetic symbolism, from the birth of Israel to the coming of the Lord], and is not, even he is [primarily prophetic of] the eighth [which is why there is no eighth head or king], and is of the seven, and goes into perdition.

It is simple history that the civil government of Rome destroy the temple, Jerusalem, and the geographical nation and institutional government of Israel in the siege of 70 a.d.  

It is also simple history that England, and empire upon which it was said "The sun never sets on the British Empire" had Palestine as part of it common wealth  at the time of it's rebirth in 1948,  after which King George only lived 4 short years after that time leaving the throne to his daughter Elizabeth till here recent passing no long ago.

It is also simple historical truth that America was started through colonization of England, and that France and Spain also attempt to lay hold of continental soil as sovereign land, and that historically all 3 were , as one my say, plucked by the root of of it.

It can equally be said that America began and continues to a land of immigrants.

So is cannot be denied that America fits being "the eight, and of the seven."

The desolation of Jerusalem happened in John's lifetime. 

John was telling the 7 congregations that the time of trouble/tribulation had really just started in 70 AD, Rev 1:9 says that John was a partaker in the tribulation and the kingdom at that time.

There is a material city of Babylon and a spirit of Babylon.

Unbelieving 1st century Jerusalem had the spirit of Babylon, but also Sodom and Egypt, Rev 11:8.

The spiritual leaders had proclaimed Caesar as their king and had Jesus crucified. Then they killed Christians and were now in league with the Roman beast trying to attack the gospel kingdom that began on Pentecost.

The woman is false religion, but the false religion is unbelieving Jerusalem in the time of Jesus and John.
