Are you thinking of just when we partake of the bread and wine occasionally with other members of the body?

When I was a young, newly saved pup (50 years ago) I was with a group that exhorted us to "Get out of your mind and get your spirit in gear!" Meaning, don't think and worry so much about everything and be sure to connect with the Lord who is one with our spirit.

Good advice overall, but like everything man comes up with, it can be taken too far.  Eventually the leadership of this group didn't want us to think for ourselves or what they were doing that wasn't healthy!

But these days, I've come to appreciate the slogan more, as I believe I just need to eat more Christ and concern myself much less with all the affairs of this life - everything has always worked out, and so much the more if I just give it all to Him!

As to digesting fully, I'm reminded of Revelation 10:9 - Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
