The Days of Noah

Havent read all the pages here yet, but one very pronounced similarity we have right now, to that of Noah's time, is the huges distraction toward entertainment, events, partying, movies, pornography-- the world which is ruled by satan, stays up all night to invent entertainment to keep everyone occupied and OFF of God and to obstruct their vision from what is REALLY happening and the REAL condition of the world.

They are so saturated with these distractions, it is inconceivable to them that there is anything else that may exist.  One of the snares which has been deliberately set for the black race, as well as some caucasians and others, is the recognition that hip hop and rap is a "talent".  They've even promoted the Boom Box so they can play it so loud, they cant think about anything else.  Provided ear phones, so they can "take with".

It amazes me when I see these deceived youths so taken in that they can no longer stand still for a moment anymore; they MUST be bouncing to this "beat" even without being plugged in.

I have even read where the Globalists own many of these entertainment sources, ball teams, etc., and they have blatantly stated it is for the purpose of distracting and keeping the minds of the sheeple PREOCCUPIED.

Imagine that!

Reminds me of all those scoffing party goers of Noah's day.

Ok, still concerning the days of Noah in comparison with today, what are your thoughts on the explosion of demonology and spiritualism in the last 10 years??!

I wonder if the 'days of Noah' are the same as the 'great falling away' that happens in the end times.

Wisdom I agree the head knowledge can get out of control and we then lose sight of Christ's love in our own intellectuality. I personally have been through this and had to be refined by the fires. Not an enjoyable experience. I could here go through all the scripture to prove we are in the end times but since others have and I don't feel compelled to do so I won't. Now what I have is a feeling, not so much intellect and all those feelings are not good. I have had it pressed upon me all the pain and destruction of a broken world. Lives shattered, hopes lost, the drugs and alcohol, wars, famines, vulgar music, horrid sexual impurity, the screams of the dying children, the self-centerness and self seeking. This is such a horrifying place we live in and it all happened in such a short time. I don't know at this point why I see all these things. I only know that I am powerless in this life to stop them. The only thing I have is the words of Christ. NOT to be used to condemn or judge but to bring salvation. It is not up to me to make a person believe a certain way or be a certain way in a walk with the Lord. All I have is my faith and the words. I used to come from this position of knowing that God loves me and from there I went about thinking I knew what He expected of everyone and I was not shy about saying so. After all I have seen and felt I not only Love God with all my heart, but I have a deepening respect for his wrath. I also fear the enemy and know he knows no restraints when it comes to dishing out misery. When I first deeply got into scripture I felt good about everything, a beautiful sunset a sleeping child and I still enjoy those things. But I also got caught up in the church and forgot about all the starving magnitudes of people out there who lives in daily sin and destruction. I started debating with other christians about this and that and what did each little thing really mean. I got so far into it that I forgot there is a world out there without salvation and I didn't understand the responsibility I had been given at the time Christ opened my eyes. So God being God brought that ugliness up in my face, the reality of the world in which we live is very clear. Since I have spent time back on my face the visions and dreams are receding and my will has been broken. If the Lord told me to go to China right now I would go. I would suggest to anyone out there that is getting prideful and using scripture to show they know it all to be very careful because this has been a painful experience. Some people think I'm nuts, some think I'm a fatalist because I so much want heaven. Even my mother who is a christian was worried I was thinking about suicide. I had to laugh it's not that I don't appreciate the good things this life can bring but I also don't want to keep chasing that here. What God gave me in all of this despair was a deep desire to be with Him because it is only there that I am safe and heaven looks so much more beautiful when I can see this for what it really is.

I need to add something here about the falling away, each of us as christians know when we are in something like that. And sometimes what may appear to us that someone is falling away could be God strengthning that person through pain. It is my prayer that we can be there with loving kindness rather than judgement and wait with open arms until the Lord brings them back to us in His time not ours. God knows a persons heart and knows how to bring each of us to our knees and perhaps some of the lecturing and finger pointing are only getting in his way.
