The staff of his apear "was like a weaver's beam." The Authorized Version interpolates the words "the brother of" from 1 Chronicles 20:5, where this giant is called Lahmi." My mother on Sunday goes to Bible study before the worship service. She said that she needs to find a new class because the man always talks about what he learned from the History Channel. Most of those Bible scholars probably are not Born Again. It is sad that these people study the Bible their whole lives and never come to faith in Christ. A child with faith knows more than them.
