Ahhhh, yes. I have been umasked, the gig is up and my ruse discovered. In respect to those of this board, with whom I did enjoyed a few good conversations with while I was here, I gracefully bow out of the worthyboard forums and leave you.

As for you John, I welcome the day when I shall see your God, despite the fact that I don't believe it will ever happen. It will finally be the proof He so lovingly kept from me and those like me while I was here on earth. In which case, I will gladly acknowledge my mistake and make my way to the eteranal flames prepared for me since the dawn of time, since that was where I was destined to go anyway if your God is as you say, and all-knowing. Of course, I am sure this will make you and those who reside in the Heavenly relm quite happy, the ulitimate "I told you so" to atheists everywhere.

Good bye and good luck to all.

Quite wrong. It would greatly sadden us to see you choose hell. I dont care if Im right and you are wrong. I would gladly be the biggest buffoon, if it meant you got saved.

He didnt withhold proof of His existence from you. He has shown you. All of creation attests to Him, there is no excuse. Dont let your pride prevent you from coming to Him.

YES, there is proof, in many ways that Jesus really exsisted and the Bible is true and much more!

There is not sufficient space in a little forum to put all the evidence together as well...so I am asking any honest seeker who wants some proof to read this and make an informed decision. Historography, Histricity, Scientifically, and many more ways! C'mon and check it out! It is worth it!!

The New Evidence That Demands A Verdict, by Josh McDowell

If you read this book, you won't wonder if Jesus was real or if the Bible is true. You will only need to decide if you want to accept Him and follow Him or you are going to reject Him.

You WILL find evidence! it is there, or do ya just want to argue? If anyone is sincere, I think they should read this information that is gathered together to understand. It is not all from Christian sources either !

People who don't read the evidence from the many different ways it is given by God to witness of Christ, are just making a willfully ignorant decision against God.

By the way, Greek gods were never any true historical figures. Jesus is a true historical figure and that is fact!

Many who believed in Him and who did not, certainly knew of Him and the evidence is vast!

In fact, there is still a TON of evidence!

Crisor,

If it pleased us to watch you perish, all we would have to do is tell you nothing and DO nothing........As is quite plainly NOT the case......No one will say I told you so....Not even Christ......We shall all grieve that you did not listen, fortunately God will wash our tears of grief away in the presence of his everlasting Love. There will be no more grief and no more suffering for the old order of things will have passed away.......To think that you could stand in the very presence of a Holy God while you are in sin is not wise......'For God lives in Unapproachable light." He is doing you a favour by NOT allowing you to look upon him....If you want to look upon God and live, then you had better come to Him the only way possible.....God has accepted the work of Christ for the atonement of mans sins.

Christ is the only one who is righteous....To enter into the presence of God you must come through Jesus. "It would be a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God...withOUT Jesus....

Regards,

Ben.

As a side note, I think that Greek myth makes an interesting point of comparison to the Bible. Sooner or later, the early Greek kings tend to descend from Zeus; there are myths which tie into known history, as well as history which we take the Greek word for because there are no other sources and because, if you cut out the myths, there's no reason they might not be true. This to me is a lot like Biblical history. If you're like me, you discount the story about Noah and God's flood in the knowledge that, while there was a flood in the area at around that time, it didn't cover the whole Earth. The Kingdoms of Israel were real, as was the exile under the Assyrians and Babylonians, although the Biblical timescale gets a little fuzzy at this point. Similarly, the Illiad and the Odyssey feature intervention from gods like Poseidon and Aphrodite; but while we doubt that these gods were real, we still know that Troy existed, because Schliemann found the ruins by following what Homer's work said.

Listen to this scripture.....

Listen to the message, not just the words....

Revelation 9:10,11. "They had tails and stings like scorpions, and in their tails they had power to torment men for five months. They had as king over them the angel of the Abyss, whose name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek, Apollyon. (Which means Destroyer.)

Did you hear the message....?????????????

The name of the angel of the abyss has been deliberately translated in both Hebrew and in Greek....Do you know why...???? Because this message is for ALL MEN.

For the Hebrew (Jew) and the Greek (gentile)........YOU are one of these yourSELF....This message is for YOU also. Do you see how God so clearly leaves man withOUT excuse.........?

"The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did NOT repent of the work of THEIR HANDS, they did not stop worshipping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood-Idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts." Revelation 9:20,21. How i ask you is it possible for all these things to happen and man still remains UNrepentant....? The answer is clear..The unbeliever who is not in tune to the word of God and the judgements of God will always find another reason for why things are happening. Only the believer who knows the voice of Jesus will recognise these times....The UNrepentant will remain hard of heart and God will give them what they desire....

Regards,

Ben. :noidea::noidea::blink:

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
