I might add this Abaraham was not a Jew as there were no Jews until Judah.

He was a Spiritual Hebrew! Just like us gentiles.

I don't see anywhere where Adam or Noah or Enoch were called Jews.

Gospel went to them as well. They knew of the promise even before Moses.

They worshipped the Lord. They practiced in Spirit. Contrite , poor, and humble before the Lord.

The Hebrews were meant to be a Holy nation a royal priesthood!

By this statement you made you are saying that only the tribe of Y'hudah [Judah] are Jews [Physical descendents of Isra'el]. What you are suggesting is that only one of the twelve tribes of Isra'el are Jews.

There are many physical Jews. G-d bless them. But the majority of them are not Spiritual Hebrews like Abraham and you and I.

My point being they did not become known by the word Jew until Judah. Which would be sometime after Jacob bore his twelve sons.

How did Abraham recieve the blessing of our Lord?

For that matter how did Esau lose His blessing and Jacob obtain it?

Yes all Israel comes from Jacob and his twelve sons.

But we Spiritually are accepted in when we accept Jesus.

Spiritual Hebrews like Abraham. We have heard the promise and have accepted the blessing.

Only I was trying to get you to say what you had said in a different way is all. Why? Because some professing Christians believe it or not or so confused that they think the tribe of Y'hudah [Judah] is the only tribe of ''Am Yisael'' [the Children of Isra'el] who are Jews.

As all believers I have struggled to learn. I seek many opinions. For this is how we learn.

I am only trying to show Smash that Jesus is/was a jew and that the gospel is PRIMARILY to the jew and yet EQUALLY to the gentile because they, of all nations in the earth, were/are expecting the Messiah.

Jesus' goal is to redeem all the sons of Adam....yet the Father's plan is to bring this world-wide blessing through the sons (and Son) of Abraham. Yes, we are the spiritual seed but that does not negate the promises made to his physical seed...as I'm sure everyone here but Smash will agree.

The point is that God's eternal plan for the jews did not end at the cross. Christians, of all people, should be more concerned about their salvation than their judgement.

Centuries of bad teaching has made us the worst persecutors in their history. Are we doing God's work? Not hardly...we have become an agent of Satan....just as the Sandhedrin did when they rejected their Messiah. So who is better?

This sounds like a "works" salvation. My idea of salvation is a sinner saved only by grace. I believe that means the forgiveness of our sins not our own non-existent sinlessness. We'll never be perfect in this life and even in the next we'll still have oodles of things to learn in my opinion.

Benny, I follow much of what you are saying about the Jews. I've argued many of the same things with the same people and got all the same rigid literalist stock idolising of the Jewish race answers you are getting! I finally got tired of debating the same old flint heads but I'm enjoying seeing others like you and Charlie take up the debate. My concentration is a little scattered these days but I might pipe up on occasion. Just stick to the topics and stay cool in the face of the accusations of anti-semitism.
