I'm wanting to settle down at night with a good book (apart from the Word) and I'm wondering if anyone can help with some suggestions for authors. I don't like Frank Peretti or that genre, I like romance, biographies, inspirational (nothing to do with Rick Warren thanks) and humourous. TIA! Next there is Craig Parshall's books, the "Chambers of Justice" series. There is: The Resurrection File Custody of the State Accused Missing Witness The Last Judgement (Resurrection File, Custody of the State and the Last Judgement are the best. The other two I thought were kind of mediocre. "Attorney Will Chambers" is the main character and you really have to read them in order to follow his life.) I found "Custody of the State" first on an internet auction site and then came across the others. and realised that I should have started with the Resurrection file". Harvest House is the publisher. I am not a fan of Christian fiction, but her work (Christian romance and drama) is outstanding. Click on this link and you can order her novels. Guest SweetCharity
Beverly Lewis is one of my favorite. And Francine Rivers too. Redeeming love by Francine Rivers is WONERFUL! If you like older western oregon trail type books then read the Love Come Softly series by Janette Oak. I love those!
