Damascus is the oldest inhabited city in the world.

The article stated that a Cabinet Minister called for Israel to incinerate Damascus.

If this is fulfilled, the end of the Age prophecy in Isaiah 17:1. will be full filled.

What does incinerate mean? Nuke 'em?

I s God supposed to do the incinerating or Israel?

Incinerate = to cause to burn to ashes, to burn completly.

Most prophecy scholars do believe this to nuclear or atomic.

It is pretty interesting that a major focus is on Damascus, with the thoughts that they they have 3 billion dollars of Iraq and the United States wants it given back to the Iraqie people.

Also Israel has attacked one of their terrorist camps.

We are very close to this happening, I have heard that Israel has nuclear submarine capabilities.

This is interesting to watch, I have been watching syria since the start of the Iraq war and a lot of focus is on them right now.

Isa 17:1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.

Incinerate was used used by the Israeli minister.

That prophesy is really getting a workout these days.

So is this one:

Oba 1:18 And the house of Jacob shall be a fire, and the house of Joseph a flame, and the house of Esau for stubble, and they shall kindle in them, and devour them; and there shall not be any remaining of the house of Esau; for the LORD hath spoken it.

According to Cutting Edge, "House of Esau" is the Palestinians. With the separating wall Israel has been working on, they can be isolated and annihilated with very little collateral damage to Israel.
