*grin* That's awesome! I've never heard of them...the bands I've heard that do that have mostly been at open mike/coffehouse band nights that we have here in my college town. Just a bunch of Bible College boys with instruments (they're all very talented, actually...I'd love to see them go places. It wouldn't be the first time our little college has produced a band that made it in the CCM scene)

Okay...let me see if I can offer some leading questions, based on the original question (which, I maintain, was purposely vague):

How has music affected you spiritually as a Christian?

What role does music play in the exercising of the Christian faith?

How does it affect a Christian worship service?

Does music have any theological significance?

Has music been important historically in the Christian faith? If so, how?

Yikes...these and (perhaps especially) the original question sound like the type of essay question I'd have gotten in a first year final exam at Bible College (and not because first year was easy, either...it's just that first year covers such broad areas of study).

Well, she doesn't seem to be around at the moment (last time she was here was about a week ago), so all we can do is try our best. Also, she didn't seem to be protesting at our interpretations when she WAS here...so I think it's safe to say that the people who have answered her have given satisfying answers.
