GOD has made us so that no matter how successful we may be in life, if it is not a family affair, blessings are only empty shells that look great on the outside, BUT are NOTHING on the inside.

When the circumstances seem to indicate that our FATHER is leading us in a certain direction; our heart's desire seems to affirm it; family and friends encourage us; and everything seems to say "do it"; then, we should proceed ONLY after consulting GOD in prayer. CHRIST wants YOU and I to come to HIM in a quiet place, even if it's simply a "breath prayer". What HE doesn't want us to do is try to impress others, especially the unsaved by trying to act/seem "holy" in their presence. If you want the good example of doing it the RIGHT way, read Luke 6:12-13, and see what our LORD did (while here on Earth) when HE had to make a crucial decision.

And while we're at it, there is another principle here we must never forget. Some Christians believe our FATHER is some kind of "Kill-Joy", WHO vetoes anything that seems like a dream-come-true. Romans 12:2 describes HIS Will as "good and acceptable and perfect..." This means it is THE BEST THING that could happen to us, that we will like it, and that it is PERFECT for YOU and ME!!

When seeking GOD's Will we must always remember that HE is not a "Celestial Kill-Joy". Finding HIS Will and following it brings immense joy and satisfaction. However, as long as we live in this world, our personal desires will sometimes CONFLICT with our LORD's Will (Jeremiah 17:9). So, it is imperative that YOU and I grow in HIS knowledge and ask continually for HIS Will for YOU to be unveiled daily, and you know what? HE will give us the desires of our heart (Psalm 37:4).

Now....we ALSO must be prepared for our FATHER to say "no" to some of those desires. HE will only say "no" when it is not for our long-term good. Or, perhaps it may be the right thing AT THE WRONG TIME, and HE will say "Wait". HE never gets in a hurry. If YOU are in a hurry to understand the Bible, if YOU are in a hurry to get an answer in prayer, if YOU are in a hurry to find GOD's Will for YOUR life, OR if YOU want immediate results when YOU attempt something for GOD, YOU will be disappointed.

You see......I only know of one place in the Bible whereby I see our FATHER is pictured as being in a hurry, and that is when HE receives a WANDERING Child back home (Luke 15:20)....hear what the SPIRIT speaks.....

I believe our FATHER sheds tears of joy during those moments. Most of us are afraid to let tears flow (especially men) because we think it is a sign of weakness or should I say spiritual shallowness. Tears allow us to let out the hurt (good or bad). They are a relief value that allows us to let go of BITTERNESS and PAIN. If YOU don't cry from time to time, YOU may become HARD and BITTER, and consequently UNUSABLE in the Will of GOD. Being in the center of our FATHER's Will DOES NOT mean there will be no suffering or pain....quite to the contrary. I often remember what our LORD JESUS CHRIST said to Peter BEFORE HIS ascension (John 21:18-19)....Peter would be killed.

Being patient as our FATHER unveils HIS will for YOU may sometimes involve YOU being "all things to all people" as the Apostle Paul summed it up in 1 Corinthians 9:20-22. Paul WAS NOT saying that he COMPROMISED his calling or the Gospel, but rather he did not offend anyone unnecessarily. We DON'T accomplish our FATHER's Will by acting "holier-than-thou" toward non-believers. We accomplish GOD's will by being their friends and going out of our way not to hurt or offend them. I know it's easier said than done, but put your trust in HIM and HE will make what YOU think is Impossible POSSIBLE!

Sometimes it's hard to be patient! But, I've learned through life that when we jump ahead of God, we pay the price-better to wait on Him

Does this mean that you can join us again? I certainly hope so! Praise God that you are almost finished!

The boards are plugging away for sure! I honestly don't have nearly enough time to spend on the boards but I praise God that Dr. Luke and G-man are helping keep things under control while I am busy.

Right now I am trying to learn hebrew so I am busy handwriting the Brit Chadasha (New Testament in Hebrew) to learn how to read and also write while improving my vocabulary for the purpose the Lord has me here for.

My wife, Riv, is expecting in about 2 weeks! I am still not completely into reality yet, as far as being an abba.

I love ya brah! Take care of your son and give your wife a hug for me!

Your brother in Messiah with much agape love,

George

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
