how i can contribute to the kingdom of god. if anybody can give me any advice it will help me ALOT!

Sin is condemed to the flesh, even sin yoru not aware of, or have no control of. One thing thats impotant to realize is that we all fall short of the Glory of God, and we all sin, in my personal walk with the Lord, I have noticed He's always convicted me at a rate I can handle, Like when I was saved I struggled with drugs and sex, well The lord convicted me about drugs and after, sex, before cussing or movies I was watching. We are all sinners, and we all fall short of the Glory of God. To willingly sin separates you more than unrealizing your sinning. The best advice I can give you, change what you can. The more you grow with the Lord, and learn about his ways, the more you sumbit to him, and not submit to the desires of the flesh. Hang in there, and what sins you can't control, remember Christs blood set you free, not the law, but his grace.

God doesn't judge disease, He heals. I hope you are being monitored by a doctor so God can work through him/her to get you balanced and to help find a loving educator to help you learn skills with which to live by. My prayers are with you that our Father would see you healed an at a place where you can manage life and find peace and joy.

The Lord is the ONE who blesses. Just keep looking to him. It is amazing what all He will do as time goes along. Expect to do better in all areas. Enjoy the blessings that are already yours. God is the ONE who blesses and helps and cares. That is why He sent JESUS. So! May you be encouraged and set free more every day of your life.

My brother has epilepsy, he takes 4 different kinds of seizures, many times every day and I strongly suspect autism as well, but he is not diagnosed with autism. But God has used him in many ways. He writes many people, especially missionaries and encourages them in thier walk with God. He is also a prayer warrior.

God has made him who he is for his own reason, just like he made me who I am. He gives each of us our trials and our problems.

No one's life is perfect, there are many things about people who seem to have no problems that we don't know about. Just be open to let the Lord use you and you will feel better about your circumstances.

And yes, the Lord does heal.

:taped:;) I have adhd so i usally act without thinking. and god says patience is important but i dont got much of that, but i have gotten more since i turned to god. with my seizures i get mood swings, so im happy for no reason and mean and angry for no reason. and with my autism it kills my social life, communication, and it makes it hard for thoughts to come up in my head. that not even half of it!

I have epilepsy and can understand where you're coming from. It's hard to tell sometimes whether the things I'm going through are hormones, syndrome related, or side effects from the medications. Anti-convulsants have very diverse side-effects. I have problems concentrating, retaining information, mood swings, sleep disorders, changes in appetite, aggression (then changes to depression), just...you name it, it happens. I think you should stay in close contact with your doctor so he can monitor you behavior and side-effects. My family keeps a close watch on what I take and when I take it and also documents my behavior so that we can report it to the doctor. This helps him determine my dosage. It fluctuates from time to time. If you're a teenager, you're also growing and so it makes it a little more complicated to get the dosing just right.

With regards to God judging you, God is gracious. He understands what you're going through. You should'nt fear that He is going to judge you wrongfully, He is just. But at the same time, you are responsible for the choices that you make. You need to make every effort to have self-control and be disciplined. These are areas I struggle with personally. People like us have different challenges than others, but it doesn't give us an excuse for losing control or treating others badly. It means we have to work harder and rely on God's grace to get us through. It also means we need people around us who have extra grace and hold us accountable. It's hard, it's not easy or fun. But you never know how God will use you down the road to help someone who may be going through something similar. We are overcomers in Christ, we are not defeated. He doesn't give us anything that we cannot bear, we just have to press on and do the best that we can.

Hope this helps.

I also have epilepsy and bipolar symptoms that resulted from a traumatic brain injury suffered in '93. I attended a public elementary school and got in trouble almost evey day. In seventh grade, I became home-schooled. I didn't have as much trouble with anger issues, but had more trouble with depression, hopelessness, and feelings of guilt. While I believed God had given me my problems for a reason, I did not consciously trust Him to bring me out of my depression.

God has always been faithful to bring me through, though. In fact, from '03 to mid-'05, I had a very strong faith experience, a good social-life, and few problems with mood-swings. But then, I lost several important friends at church and quit going. My faith suffered. I did not believe God was good. My loss had impacted my faith, and when my seasonal mood-swing came, it spawned even more faithlessness. I ended up in trouble with the law and lost my apartment and was moved into a more intensive rehab program. It seemed my life was ending, and that my faith would never return. But all it takes is faith like a mustard seed. And now I see that God is trying to bring me back into the fold. I am the one sheep who was lost. I am the returning prodigal.

But that's not the point of this post. The point is that God judges the heart. Man may judge your bad behavior by arresting you or throwing you in prison. But God will only be worried about your heart. If the condition of your heart is causing sin, you will be prompted to correct your heart. If your actions spring not from a bad heart, but from a disease, you are only obligated to do what you can to correct your actions. You are still responsible for what you do, but you can expect to be judged by men for that stuff, and by God only for the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. See Heb 4:12, Prov. 23:7

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
