Thanks for that, Trav. There are times when I look at what I am "eating"- or that which I rely on for substinance. There are days when I consider going on a strict diet of nothing but God's Word (my goal, actually), but when I take a good look at the table, what I see resembles more like a Happy Meal: Packaged pretty to draw me in but with little nutrinional value.
