Is beliving in Aliens wrong?

i'll take a bite, and probably get stoned for not coming right out and saying aliens are demonic spirits or something.

but the truth is, honestly, i don't know. of course, i really don't care, either. the Bible doesn't say that God didn't create life elsewhere, so IMO, there's not really any point in me wondering or worrying about it. God created life on earth, gave us a purpose, gave us His word, and what He may or may not have created on other planets is totally irrelevant to life as i know it.

It's a tough question, I guess I don't really know how to answer it.

On one hand, considering how big the universe is estimated to be, it seems almost imconceivable to think that we are the only ones out there who have some form of life.

On the other hand, the existance of an alien race would pose many new questions for the Bible.

So I guess I don't really have an answer.

I will tell you this though: if we eventually DO discover an alien race, wouldn't it be amazing if they practice a form of Christianity as well?

if there are aliens, i think it is a given that there would be Christianity among them. anything that God created, whatever the species or planet, you can bet He gave them a plan of redemption just as He did us.

The Bible doesn't say whether or not He created life apart from this earth. All it says is, "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth." Some scholars believe "heavens" means the spiritual realm rather than what we call outer space.

The Bible doesn't say either way. Keep in mind that when the Bible was written, the concept of "outer space" didn't exist. They didn't know what stars were, nor did they know what planets were (all they knew was that a few stars appeared to "wander" differently than all the rest - "planet" comes from the word to mean "wanderer").

So basically, the knowledge of "the heavens" as in the sky and outer space above is a mystery not touched on in the Bible.

OK, maybe you are just curious, and that's fine and dandy. The trouble is, many people make a "religion" out of aliens and the whole aura associated with them.

Without going into the tedious details, everything associated with "alien encounters" rings of the demonic.

So be careful what you pursue with this.

The bible does speak of alliens , they are the fallen angels and the nephilum of gen 6 www.stevequayle.com has a book on it also www.khouse.org with chuck missler has teachings about it .

I beleive that this will be part of the great lie that is going to come upon the earth after the rapture.

There are two distinctly different topics at work here. One, is there life on other planets? Two, are there aliens from other planets visiting our world?

In regards to the first question...I would be stunned if there was not some form of life out in the universe somewhere. Whether it is intelligent life, or plant/animal, or bacterial...the universe is simply too diverse (and humongous) to think otherwise.

Second question...it is beyond the realm of possiblity that we are being visited by creatures in flying saucers. Our planet is SO SMALL (even in our own solar system) that the chances of an alien lifeform happening across our "tiny dot" are astronomical. Not to mention all of the scientific roadblocks.

So...I truly feel that "believing" that we are being "visited" by aliens now, is wrong. There is only ONE use for ufology in our world today and that is to distract people away from the things of God. It is my earnest belief that Satan will use this constant barrage of brainwashing concerning UFO's and aliens to prime the world for the anti-christ.

Its a BIG Diffrence between UFO aliens and life on other planets. Scientists and people that support evolution belive that bacteria came from a comet and hit earth. Mars have ice on the north pole and might have had oceans. Europa has water to. There are planets that have both water and oxygen.
