Death Certificates on Abortions Proposed

I didn't answer the question because, frankly, I'm incredibly stubborn and don't like being put on trial for no reason at all. Ziev's attack on my "God-fearing-ness" has 100% NOTHING to do with the issue at hand.

By supporting abortion you are going aganist God and that is my point. So basicly what I am saying is listen to God and stop rationalizing sin.

You will stand before God on judgment day, not America, and you will be held accountable for your works. Not taking a stand for what God calls murder makes you just as guilty.

ok now you are putting words in my mouth. I never said I was pro-choice or pro-life in this thread, I just commented awhile back about wanting the privacy of the mother's (or "woman who has an abortion's) rights of privacy in this country, due to abortion not being considered an illegal act in this country.

I don't see where I have put words in your mouth. I simply made a statement concerning not taking a stand concerning abortion.

I see. Well, if you must know I do have a stand concerning abortion, I just don't really wish to state it at this point. As I've said before, my issue concerning the death certificate proposition is the woman's privacy rights.

If there was a way to protect the privacy of the mother, I would be for this idea. As it is currently however, I don't see how that could happen, therefore I don't support this proposition.

When abortion is viewed as a crime in America I will agree to making the mother's personal information public record, but until then as long as abortion is a legal operation I see no reason to make the mother's information a matter of public interest; the mother should retain the right of privacy at this point in time.

...uuuum no, not really, all it is is me stating what I have already stated about 5 times now; legally the woman should have her records remain private today, because abortion isn't an illegal act. If abortion was made into an illegal act in the country, then I have no problem with exposing her record of the matter, just like murder is an illegal act and is therefore public.

I'm sorry, but I don't think you get it.

I'm opposed to the proposed death certificate bill for reasons I have already stated. In no way have I mentioned my opposition or support of abortion, those are two completely different matters.
