But those of us who ARE brothers and sisters in Christ should treat eachother with the respect.

We should know better.

That is why I think there is more than just disagreements going on here.

I think satan doesnt like this place and is trying to make us destroy it from within.

It's a safe bet that satan has his grubby fingers stuck in this forum.

Satan is very clever but you know....there is a built in flaw in his evil deeds.

When I feel satan is on the attack, I know I am on the right path, or else why would he bother?

God bless and guard this forum :)

Oy vey all this satan talk...I'm reminded of a topic in controversial...

Ephesians 6:10-20

The Armor of God

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

11Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes.

12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.

14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,

15and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

19Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel,

20for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

What is wrong with Emily Anne's post? It admonishes us to get our armour on! It is excellent advice. Put it on daily and see power in living.

Because I think it isn't relevant to this thread.

People could be acting like jerks for a variety of reasons, not necessarily because of the "wrath of satan". once again we christians choose to blame satan instead of working on our own behavior! This is so redundant already!

Is it just me or are the boards under attack?

It seems as though everyone is angry and argumentative.

We are turning against eachother.

Saying mean and spiteful things.

A house divided against itself cannot stand.

We are here to build eachother up, support eachother, teach eachother, pray for eachother, and reach the lost with the love of Christ.

We need a wake up call and get back to the basics.

We are brothers and sister in Christ.

Heirs to the throne.

Celebrate, be happy, we are FREE.

Everyone take a deep breath.

Awwww, that's better.

I apologize to all I might have offended.

Let's play nice and remember why we are here.

Pray that evil will be banned from this place.

hey don't be so quick to assume that the friction is a bad thing :24:. Jesus certainly wasn't afraid to shake things up and plus what makes you assume that causing friction means that we all hate each other? We sometimes need to love each other enough TO cause friction within each other.

Disagreement will come naturally, I agree. But if you have a different opinion than another the best thing to do is to explain that you disagree and explain why. Why is critical, because it says more than "you're wrong", it says why you think the other person is incorrect. You can also say this in respectful ways, like "I disagree", or "I understand what you are saying, but I look at it this way", or "I'm afraid I think you are looking at it incorrectly" or something to that extent. That is a much better preface than "you're wrong" or "you must be CRAZY to think that" or "You make no sense!" etc.

It's all in how you treat others with whom you disagree with.

It's not JUST the insults and arguing that is going on that bothers me but the negative topics and prayer requests.

There is such negativity and depression and heartaches in here as well.

Look at the prayer requests.

There are sooooooooooooo many who are hurting and are desperate for help.

People are breaking down from evil attacks on their bodies, minds, hearts and spirit.

These boards are definately under attack.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
