You want to know if we have any venomous snakes in Australia

Nick wants to know about the puff atta too...he says if it bites you your body parts can start to fall off !!   Gee he thinks where you live is dangerous.  He can stomp all over our back yard and not worry about a snake.....well maybe a little hog nosed snake that trys to scare  you by puffing up his body to look real big and it will play dead if the puffing don't scare  you ...if your not careful telling him all these reptile stroies he is gonna wanna move to Australia.  

He says Masaga rattlers here he says and they are only slightly venemous they will just make you sick.   Now you have to understand alot of this info I am getting straight from him so the spelling on some of these snakes may be wrong.  He gets most of his info from the nature shows on TLC and the Discovery channel and of course Animal Planet his favorite channel :thumb:

Nick thinks your english is very good.....and he says that even he has trouble with some english words   He seen some pictures of your Country and thinks it is very nice......he expecially liked the older buildings...he thinks they look like something you would see in a fairy tale...

As for shoes he would like to have the custom of not taking them off at the door!  Cuz he only is gonna go back out again anyway :thumb: ....He also wants to know if you have got a Mcdonalds or Burger King resturants in your area and if the outside sign is in english or chinese?....

Ah what a boy...I sure do appreciate you all for writing to him I have never seen him so excited to read a letter or open a book or channel surf to find a show on one of you Countries..it is a great thing to see.

Hello refugepsa and Nick

Well I have heard of the Puff Adder it's poison eats away at the flesh and people need to have all affected flesh removed to stop the poison spreading. I am not sure how far the poison will go or how much flesh it will destroy before loosing it's strength We have a spider in our area its  poison has the same effect. I think it is called the White cross spider.

Happy to know you do not have many nasties around your area nick. Now where were we? Yes the Tiger snake we never see them around my area because they don't like open farmland they like forest with undergrowth so I know they are in the surrounding hills but I have never seen one. Well that

Yes, we have Mcdonalds' and KFC in China, but some American people said the food taste of KFC is as same as in America. we have many kind of food in china, Japanese food, western food, thailand, Indonesian food, etc... Hey Nick, would you like to see what the city I lived look like? I can send you some pictures if you want to. But it's pity that no any beach in the city I lived.

Nick just watched a show on the yowie?  I think that is what they called it...I guess it is a relative of our Bigfoot here in America.   Boy did he get excited about that too.  He sure does like hearing about reptiles you have around your area...we are going to print all of this out and save it for him...then he says he can tell people he has a friend who lives in Australia   and China   ...what a lucky duckie he is the little squirt :thumb:

Nick would love to see pictures of your Country!!  We live about 18 miles from Lake Michigan so we have a beach pretty close by....but to me it never seems to warm up in the summer you jump in and turn blue     Just so you and Adstar know we are freezing here it is about 12 degrees out right now....but boy are the stars pretty all sparkling and bright...thats the good thing about living in the country you can see them real good :thumb:

You are both so appreciated...what you are doing for my son is a wonderful thing....I can send pics also of where we live....although it is a small town I can send you a pic of our one gas station and a small postoffice ...but we are surrounded by some pretty farmland...although everything is pretty white right now with the snow and all.
