Greetings Snowdoove,

The Jewish are YHVH'S People, Whether they believe in Yeshua or not!

What do you think about this statement?

Romans 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;

Romans 3:29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:

Romans 9:23-24 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Colossians 3:11-12 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. 12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;

1 Thessalonians 1:4 Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.

Ephesians 1:4-5 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: 14 Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 2:9-10 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 10 Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

Blessings,

Dad Ernie

While all of your exposition is, of course, very true it seems to miss the point.

The jewish people are God's example for the rest of us. He chose them for that purpose whether they are good examples....or bad.

Greetings Yod,

First of all, I never made one comment about the scriptures I proferred, so how can you say "your exposition"? You even agreed that what I quoted FROM THE BIBLE is VERY TRUE!

Who are the TRUE people of God? How about this for example:

Matthew 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

John 13:8 Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Romans 11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

So now my personal interpretation of the verses I quoted:

God so loves the whole world, and WHOSOEVER believes in the Son and follows Him, shall inherit eternal life.

The whole world is God's footstool. He DID choose Israel for the purpose as you say. But to say ONLY that THEY are God's chosen people is erroneous. I might also ask what is meant by this:

Romans 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:

So there are those of Israel THAT ARE GOD'S and those of Israel THAT ARE NOT GOD'S. Do you know which is which?

Blessings,

Dad Ernie

I believe they missed my point too.

The Jewish are YHVH'S people whether they believe in Yeshua or

not.

It took me a long time to understand it partly because of what I had been taught as a baby Christian.

It is a thought that fits into your very being! Once you recognize it!

So do you believe they will go to heaven if they don't believe in Yeshua?

The Jews are Gods chosen special people. We know that because it says so in the bible.

Its us that are to be grafted onto the Jewish vine, not the other way around.

We have to reach out to them and let them know that Jesus came to save them and us--salvation came first to the Jews and then to us.

Are they saved without Jesus as their personal Savior? No , they are not, thats why we have to pray and reach them--

God Bless,Angels

Please just read my post again because the answer is still the same.

Greetings Yod,

But first you said:

I believe Hitler was also chosen by God for his hatred of the Jews, but I do not believe Hitler was any of "God's people".

It is you brother I think missed the point.

I think you don't 'pause long enough to understand' ENOUGH!

How true and how sad how they turned away from God over and over, they sure were an exemple for us---did we learn from their mistakes?

And God is still using them for His purpose!

They will always be His ....

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
