I don't believe that Israel as a nation is replaced but I do believe the Church is Spiritual Israel and that one day that the nation of Israel will join the Church as told by scripture. I don't believe God has forgotten Israel the nation and its people but has promised to return them to salvation in the last days. I don't agree with this separation theology that God has two bodies: One the nation of Israel and one the Church. God sees all born again people both Jew and

Gentile as the Church. God has only one body and one path to salvation which is through faith in Christ. God is not going to revive old testament laws and practises because they were only shadows of the new, they do not provide salvation by faith. Physical Israel was a shadow of the Church to come.

The Lord is not finished with physical Israel. If He were done with them, they would have ceased to be a people a long time ago.

Amen!

Shalom Jedi,

It doesn't matter what we believe, what matters is what the Scripture says.

Can you please post your Scriptures for saying the church is Israel?

OK, this brings up another common misconception. The Jews are not grafted into our tree; but we have been grafted into their tree. Their coming to faith in Messiah is a returning to the God of their fathers in the fullness of His covenant.

Returning meaning a return of the nation. The individuals in question are not returning, they are coming for the first time and being grafted into the covenants that were give to their nation.

The tree does not belong to any particular race. God does not belong to one particular race. Gods promises are for all believers. Gods covenant came to Abraham a non-jew and God promised him a covenant based on faith. Yes, Israel was naturally apart of the old covenant but when the old covenant was done away with in Christ, they for the most part rejected the new covenant and have been cut of from the promises until they come to faith in the new covenant. Not all Jew rejected this new covenant, you have to remember the first great revival was on the day of Pentecost in a Jewish City. Also, all of the diciples were Jews. The Church is made up of both Jew and Gentile, it is not a raced based religion.

One question, do you believe Jews are saved without believing in Christ? Is there another way to salvation outside of Christ?

Being born a Jew will not save you from your sins and the only path to God is being born again in Christ. it is the heart that matters not the flesh. The bible says the flesh profits nothing.

With all that being said, has got forgotten the nation of Israel? No

This is what I am referring to:

Romans 11

17 And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree, 18 do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, "Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in." 20 Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. 22 Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

According to Scripture, they (the Jews) are the natural branches of the olive tree. The tree is theirs (vs. 24). We Gentiles are wild branches that have been grafted in.

The Jews have been cut off due to unbelief. But if they believe, they will be grafted back in to their tree.

This is what I mean by a "returning."

These Are Your Words, Not The Words Of The Bible Believers Posting Here. :emot-highfive:

:)

Gotta Read Dear Brother, Just Gotta Read. :emot-highfive::emot-highfive::24:

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Romans 10:9-11

:)

One Question

Do You Believe The King Of The Jews Is Unfaithful?

And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.

And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Joel 2:27-32

Dear Jason

I Don't Really Believe For One Minute That You, A Beloved Fellow Believer, Would Doubt The Faithfulness Of Your Lord Jesus.

I Ask You To Look At The Bible And See The Sure Restoration Of The Remnant Of Israel To Their Messiah.

It Is Happening Today.

God Is Pouring His Holy Spirit Out Over The Jew.

They Are Turning To Their Messiah.

Yeshua Is Their LORD.

They Are Still Jews.

Jesus Is LORD.

I'm Still A Gentile.

As A Grafted-In Child Of God I Share The Inheritance Of The Sons Of Levi.

I Have No Portion In The Land Of Israel.

The LORD Is My Only Inheritance.

Boo-Hoo

Oh So Not

Hallelujah!

But the Levites have no part among you; for the priesthood of the LORD is their inheritance....
Joshua 18:7

Bible Prophecies Spell Out Today's Israeli Headlines.

It Foretells The Return Of Israel To Their Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah).

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Psalms 122:6

Be Blessed Beloved Of The LORD

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them.

Numbers 6:24-27

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.

Jude 1:24-25

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
