Dallas City Hall kicks off its ad campaign in the anti-saggy pants battle to advise people to "Pull'em Up" with more than two dozen billboards. Click here to watch the video report on myFOXdfw.com. Some billboards, including "Represent Yourself Like You Present Yourself," and "That's Not Hip-Hop That's Flip Flop" will go up at busy intersections and highways. I know all kids go through fads but, unlike many that are just silly, the 'pants down to your knees' are just plain ugly. Not to mention looking really ridiculous when the wearer is walking away! Several officers I knew while working hotel security said they liked the fad! It was easier to catch fleeing suspects because you can't run as fast while you are trying to hold up your pants!
