Everyone knows that in the context of Santa Clause, Ho Ho Ho is not a derogatory phrase, nor is it even a word, it's letters we put together to describe how his laugh sounds. Absolutely absurd. One of our fellow members said that Christians should pick and choose more important battles than the war on Christmas, but I have to ask, just who is the antagonist in these cases? If Santa was caught saying, "Ha, Ha, Ha" to a kid, that kid would either #1 be offended or #2 begin to suspect that the lap they were sitting on was a fraud. Case in point: Little Billy sits on Santa's knee and says, "Santa, I've been good this year, I would like a new xbox game to play with my brother." And Santa replies, "Ok Billy...Ha, Ha, Ha." Billy would think Santa was either mocking his attempt at good behavior over the course of a year or making fun of his present choice. Poor Billy. Or...Little Billy sits on Santa's knee and says, "Santa, I've been good this year, I would like a new xbox game to play with my brother." And Santa replies, "Ok Billy...Ha, Ha, Ha." Billy would then begin to suspect that maybe this Santa was not the real Santa...because everybody knows Santa is supposed to reply with a jolly, "Ho, Ho, Ho" not a ridiculous "Ha, Ha, Ha." And another thing, if any red suited, white bearded, fat man laughs at me when I put my change in their little red bucket for the poor...I might just rip that bell out of his hand and stuff it down his throat.
