Smokers should be forced to apply for an annual 200 pound licence, in order to purchase cigarettes, a government adviser has suggested.

The scheme would ensure smokers had to make a conscious decision to continue the habit and require people to become "registered addicts".

It is a cross between a schoolyard slanging match and a stand up comedy show for most of the time ....the old boys sleep in the comfy chairs away from badgering wives and mistresses and the young bloods via over who is going to be able to make the longest speech before being told to sit down and shut up by the chair .

So set your guard dogs on them. The dogs - if they are trained properly - will warn you of your place being invaded before they manage to kick your door in. Dogs have ultra-sensitive hearing and sense of smell.

I agree!! Then next, we can go after the people who eat all kinds of processed food and food loaded with chemicals (because they eat them of their own free choice and get addicted to the chemicals in them); they KNOW they are in there because they are listed right on the labels ... take an extra 15 minutes at the grocery store and observe what people put in their carts ... and then tell me that stupidity is limited only to smokers ...
