I guess to me, an unconditional love of Almighty God is enough.

In Christ.

If you really loved God, you would support Israel. You don't get to love God on your terms. God loves Israel as His chosen nation. If you really loved God, you would love Israel as He does. Instead, you choose to believe and perpetuate lies, half-truths and misinformation about the apple of His eye. So, you needn't try to convince me that you "love" God when you treat his people with contempt through spreading misinformation about them.

The unconditional love we have for Israel was put there by God Himself, and it is in the heart of every true Christian. Nowhere does God claim that loving Him is "enough."

the persecutors of (arabs who call themselves) Palestinians are their own leaders.

How many Israelis are in the Palestinian government? How many jews live in Gaza? Is it anywhere near the 1 million arabs who live in Israel and have the right to vote and even has representation in the Knesset?

Why is there no freedom of speech or the press or religion in any Palestinian areas? Why did Bethlehem go from being 85% christian to less than 15% in the last 10 years since the PLO took over? Why did most of those who left go to Israel instead of other Palestinian areas? Why did the arab pastor in Bethlehem find his brother hacked in pieces on his porch?

When civil war broke out in Gaza, why did so many Palestinians clamor for Israel to return?

Who would send their own elementary-aged children to a summer camp to learn how become a suicide bomber? Who would send their own kids to blow themselves up?

It takes a special kind of blindness to overlook the fact that Palestinians choose violence...and that is why they get it.

Precisely. I would also point out that such blindness is directly attributable to an irrational hatred for Israel, as well.

These "Christians" who claim to love the Palestinian people only find their voice when they feel they can blame the suffering of the Palestinians on Israel. No one talks about human rights violations or the suffering of the Palestinians people when the source of the suffering is inflicted by fellow Palestinians or the greater Arab community. So the truth is that they only care about the Palestinians insomuch as they can use them as club to bludgeon Israel with. Outside of that, "Christian compassion" for the Palestinians does not exist for the most part in the international community.

Its funny, because I have seen this consistently on this baord. When forced to see the the reality of Palestinian violence and pain and suffering the heap unto themselves, these people who claim to have so much compassion for the Palestinians don't want to talk about the Palestinian/Israeli conflict anymore. It reveals that their motives have nothing to do with any genuine "love" for the Palestinians.

It is amazing to me that the pro-Israel crowds voice so much in the way of fear for Israel ever losing something that they say(at the same time) God gave back to them. If their faith is so strong, why are all of their arguments based up such grandiose fears?

:noidea:

Is It Fear Or Do They But Sound The Trump?

Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:

If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;

Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.

He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.

But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand.

Ezekiel 33:2-6

Brother, Where Are You In This Time Of Jacob's Trouble?

A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
Proverbs 17:17

Stand With The LORD

The LORD is King for ever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land.

LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear:

To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress.

Psalms 10:16-18

And Pray

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee.
Psalms 122:6

:24:

And Be Blessed Beloved

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

And they shall put my name upon the children of Israel; and I will bless them. Numbers 6:24-27

Love, Joe

Israelis go after military targets, and civilians are caught in the crossfire.

Palestinians go after civilians.

At least 10 killed and 35 wounded at rabbinical seminary

Exactly. You don't see Israel indiscriminately targeting mosques after a terror attack. You don't see Palestinian supermarkets getting blown up, nor are Israeli soldiers hiding behind rocks on lonely backroads waiting ambush innocent Palestinian families on the way home.

Israel does not take "revenge" on innocent Palestinians. Israel goes after the terrorists and their infrastructure.

Yep. That is case in point, isn't it? After these other people talk about how "oppressed" the Palestinians are, we see them dancing the streets and celebrating a terrorist attack on Jewish people who were doing nothing but study the Bible in a rabbinical college.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
