Another brick in the wall......yeah, he's innocent until proven guilty but this is another affirmation of the need for term limits. Forty years in Congress? If they only got two four year terms, like the President, it would limit their ability to form all the alliances with Big Business that allows this kind of thing. The really stupid thing is....they always think they're above the law and can do whatever they please which, again, comes from the entitlement mentality that sets in after so many years in Congress. Even with all the dirty laundry flapping in the breeze...he's still running for reelection!

Like this is a big surprise??? Probably every one of them, on both sides, have done this, or something similar. You'll hear more about him in the mainstream media because he's a high ranking Repub. Not like high ranking Dems have ever done something like this. No, never.

Unfortunately, this type of corruption is bipartisan and, IMO, very common.

The difference is that we get rid of Republicans who are caught in corruption and dishonest shenanigans....while the Democrats celebrate and re-elect their dishonest cheaters as heros. If they didn't, there wouldn't be any Democrats left!

All politicians are corrupt to some degree. This speaks more to their constituencies.

The difference is that (most) conservatives don't put up with it from the Republicans they elect while (most) liberals celebrate it in the Democrats they elect.

No Republican that is caught in adultery against his wife will win a Presidential election. The GOP is the party of a higher moral standard and that is how it should be. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of a liberal posting this "news" as if there is a moral equivalency between the pro-life party and the pro-murder-those-babies party.

I think she was making a point that the media is biased towards the Dems and is hesitant to report bad news about the party.
