God bless and clarify your ideas

Good work Manofwork. I don't know where he got this list, but it's completely irrelevant and just requires a bit of study to find out these simply are not contradictions. I don't know if there's a point in going through each one because I beleive that VG will simply find a zillion other reasons to dismiss God.

Artzlady,

I noticed the word "maybe" a few time in your explaintation.

Maybe one lineage given through the mother and one through the father.

Actually he was born in Bethlehem, grew up in Nazareth and maybe had made a few homes during his ministry in a few other locations.

Explainations are real answers, not assumptions. You can't simply assume this is what was ment becasue I can simply assume they ment something else.

Please, I notice you make extremely general comments like you did in the "Expansion of Races" thread. If you don't have answers for things don't proceed like you do with generalizations and words like "maybe" your giving me a headace with that logic.

I could page through the entire Bible and say "maybe this is what they ment by this passage" and "this is what they ment by this one" but as we should realize "maybe" is nothing but assumptiopn and general comments that don't float with logic...

I would like it if you went through the entire list and didn't use the word "maybe" once. You couldn't because you have no idea what each passage means because you weren't there at the time of origination. You weren't present at the time of their thought proccess.

These are all contradictions, and "maybe" they have answers, and "maybe" they don't.

Vanilla Gorilla,

There is absolutely no subject that has facts on everything. Evolution and the big bang have alot of maybes in them also.

Secondly, we as humans will never understand everything in Scripture until we join our Father in Heaven.

Exactly my point then why push me so hard into something you people don't even have proof of or know is true?

Artsylady,

I had said the same thing to Vanilla Gorilla when he first posted this list. I don't mind answering them but not just to be answering them.

Vanilla Gorilla & Steff,

Please note that we have now addressed at least some of the lengthy post VG posted and SA has still not addressed even one line of Arkon's post. Also, Steff, to say that SA has been nothing but cordial is somewhat of a stretch at best. He has accussed people of being liars and has been sarcastic in his own right. As for myself and I feel artsylady also we are concerned about his motives for being here. It is easy to claim innocence when truly ones motives are not as pure as they state they are.

Respectfully,

Strservant

He was also very forward about WHY he wasn't answering it. In case you had forgotten:

Like I've already said Arkon, I'm not going to respond to monster cut and pastes, especially as, given the fact that you don't understand them well enough to post them in your own words, you probably don't have any intention of really following up any replies.

Again if you are truly interested in getting answers to Arkon's post, I suggest you start a new thread and post the first few items.

I question your motives since you are complaining about it, yet have yet to repost the items and ask for a reply in a reasonable format.

I will say it AGAIN if you missed it the first time, this is a forum for your OWN ideas, not posting others ideas in huge cut & paste jobs. If the document is huge, then a link should do fine. Additionally, you should quote the source, or at least the author if it is available.

Steff,

and I will repeat AGAIN that there were several places in the post where there were references to the information Arkon provided. By the way, have you ever looked at the length of SA's posts? I've seen novels that were of shorter length. My motives have been stated openly and repeatedly by me. SA feels that there is no way anyone can refute the so called facts he presents which change every time new information is gained by the way, so they are really only the facts as they are known now. 20 years from now it may be different. Those of us who choose to believe by faith are strong enough in that faith to say that we don't have all the answers and what may seem like a discrepency between science and God's Word now may be a lack of understanding on our part. SA and others like him feel that they are of such intelligence that they can state that God's Word is wrong based on what they feel is man's huge knowledge which is nothing compared to God's.

Respectfully,

Strservant

Alright Strsevent,

lets test your tolerance...the folllowing is a list of contradictions to the bible. Read through them and defend your answers...if you can.

God creates animals and then man - Gen 1:25-26so

God creates man and then the animals - Gen 2:18-19

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arpachshad's son was Shelah - Gen 11:12

Arpachshad's grandson was Shelah - Luke 3:35-36

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Noah takes 7 pairs of each type of animal onto the ark

- Gen 7:2-3

Noah takes one pair of animal onto the ark - Gen 6:19

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Terah's lifespan.

Acts 7:4 states Terah was dead when Abraham left Haran.

According to Gen 11:26, Terah was 70 when Abraham was

born and Abraham was 75 when he left Haran. Therefore

he lived 70 years (ie. his age when Abraham was born)

plus 75 years (Abraham's age when he left Haran -

Terah was dead at this time according to Acts 7:4) -

145 years in total. However, Gen 11:32 states he lived

205 years.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

God promises Abraham the land of Canaan to live in -

Gen 17:8

God did not allow Abraham to live in the promised land

- Acts 7:5, Heb 11:8,9,13

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just wanted to say, somethings you are definately not understanding, somethings you are not understanding what the scriptures are saying, and somethings in the many things you listed to me, shows not all is truly scripture, but I already knew that, for instance in Rev. the 144,000 is missing one of the tribes the tribe Dan, the thought is this, with the combination of the Masoretic Text, and the Byzantine Greek text, we have all the Word of God, if we see something does not agree like a N.T. scripture, and an old, then we are to use the old to make the scripture in the new scripture again, you see with the combination of the Old, and the New we have full scripture, that means some things need to be added, and taken away, because some things where added, and taken away, not all scripture is scripture, but if we will have faith in that which we can see is scriputure then we will be blessed to understand all true scripture. You will see Chronicles is not necessarily scripture, many had problems with Chronicles, I noticed many things you used to disprove the Older Covenant, you related to Chronicles, well we could probably fix those scriptures using the other old Testament scriptures, or we could probably just get rid of Chronicles all together, I see many scriptures in the Old, and New which are not perfect through what you said, but then if we went to far, we would not believe in Christ, thus becareful what you teach, and do, without the understanding of believing in Christ, Jesus Christ will kill you if you hurt his people, I guarantee this in Jesus Christ's Name, beware of the wrath of God, He will kill whom He will, and you will not escape Him. You see the Older Testaments are right if the recognition is to recognize all that is scripture, and we can see in the Older Testaments Christ is spoken of, The scriptures say the virgin will give birth to Him, and that He would not open His mouth, during His time of suffering, and that He would suffer, and Die, and rise again, on the third day, then that He would rule, and reign, and He has, and He will continue to, and You will find that out sooner, or later, how can the One God choose to manifest Himself to different people, even Jesus Christ when they pray God, or Allah, or ELoHeeM, and show Himself as Jesus Christ unless He is truly God. You see Jesus Christ is God, and if it were my choice I would have God kill you right now, because you are doing very much evil, without trying to truly look at the scriptures. You see you do not believe God choose Israel, in the natural, forever, and you do not believe Christ came to do what He did according to the Older Covenants, that is because you do not believe God is God, that He came to Israel in the natural first, and that His Word is His Word at least the scriptures which are His Word, I am so tired of being nice to people like you Vanilla gorilla, that is truly what you are. You are a dog, which is treated nicely, because you are a pet, not because you deserve this treating nicely, but because you are a dog, a gentile, and gentiles are dogs, according to Jesus own words. You go just like a dog, with the purpose of loving your master, the dog of dogs, satan, you follow Him, because you are His, and He is in bondage, and you are in bondage, you deceive, and are being decieved, like those who you deceive, and who decieve you. You shall suffer according to God's will so that some day you will submit to Him. In the name of YaHuSHia MeSHiaCH YaHWeH ELoHeeM.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
