Make sure you are all in the whole armour of God:Ephesians 6:10-18. As we all know we should be.

The Word of God and THE Holy Spirit have for decades strongly warned me of the MASSIVE DECEPTION that is both here and coming. One ministry I receive excellent information from discussed the Days of Noah that Jesus instructed about [see Genesis 6:1- and elsewhere-violence filling the earth, corruption, evil continually...] in Matthew 24 and elsewhere.

Consider that the spirits back then are here today, so they know what the Days of Noah were like. Add to this false Christs, false prophets, lying spirits,Satan/devil directly, fallen angels, spirits of antichrist,... Then add strong delusion from THE LORD GOD Himself as 2 Thessalonians 2:3- warns about.

So-my point:

Much solid Biblical scholarship needs to be considered from multiple sources before , in my spiritual judgment, one states even a reasoned spiritual view of "The Rapture". Please all always be open to THE TRUTH that Jesus and The Holy Bible promise {e.g. John 14-John 16 and...}. From THE Spirit of Truth, THE Holy Spirit.

Consider how much the following removal of the tares resembles what some have taught that "The Rapture" would be like, and that "The Rapture" is future, and that "The Rapture" starts the 7 year Tribulation, and ...

E.G. if a whole bunch of "people" disappear, maybe the tares were removed. Or maybe some wheat was taken out by The Enemy to deceive. Or maybe that was THE Rapture and those left behind were not all non-Christians. Or maybe there are multiple raptures. Or maybe, as some teach, the aliens that seeded this planet have come to get rid of the "religious" who are holding back New Age. Lots lots more than these possibilities. The word I used - "people"- earlier. Use care. Don't assume. A N Y T H I N G.

Mat 13:24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:

Mat 13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

Mat 13:26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

Mat 13:27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?

Mat 13:28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

Mat 13:29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

Mat 13:30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

...

Mat 13:31 Another parable put he forth unto them...

Mat 13:33 Another parable spake he unto them

Mat 13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:

Mat 13:35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Mat 13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field.

Mat 13:37 He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

Mat 13:38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked [one];

Mat 13:39 The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

Mat 13:40 As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

Mat 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity;

Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Mat 13:43 Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

I confess that your post made no sense to me. What are you trying to put forth?

Or are you not putting forth an opinion at all and just writing things to think about?

I would move this to escatology for you but I do not know how.

There is no rapture. The tares are removed from the earth and burned up and then the NEW JERUSALEM descends from heaven and Christ reigns on earth.

Revelation 21

1And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

2And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

3And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.

I see. Those are good points.

Can you explain to me what the verses that state we will "meet HIM in the air" mean?

From what I read around the verses you quote, this takes place after the 1000 years of peace. Where are all the dead in CHRIST and the believers before the New Jerusalem comes down?

So are we going to leave in the pre-trib rapture or the mid-trib rapture or the post-trib rapture or maybe the mid-millenial rapture or the post-millenial rapture or the half time at Super Bowl LVXXXIII?

The whole conversation is a waste of constructive time. It distracts christians to go down rabbit trails that lead to a dead end after an entire lifetime of error. Far too many christians are basing their lives on a philosophy instead of a person. They are planning their future around a fairy tale theological scenario instead of dying daily and occupying the Kingdom. They are lazily selfish and leaving evangelism for others whom the "think" are left behind.

Dear Yod:

Somewhat agree" conversation is a a waste of constructive time", at least on a message board. UNLESS posters understand that we are in an indescribably vicious spiritual war and how to share, knowing that. "Invisible War"-Dr. Donald Grey Barnhouse is a start. One ministry I have received much edification from over a number of years mentioned the term "Christianettes". That many churches have departed from teaching sound doctrine and solid teaching about The Second Coming. And prevent/obstruct Christians from receiving one of the Crowns promised - watchers Crown.

One can just give up re End Times prophecy due to MASSIVE CONFUSION/deception that Jesus Christ warned about . That The Holy Spirit warns about. That The Word of God instructs about. Re your other comments:all depends on what The Lord Jesus Christ has called one to do. Amongst other things I have been clearly instructed to NEVER judge hearts but judge facts and go on the attack spiritually against enemies defined by Ephesians 6:12 and elsewhere. BTW-in many ways the literal devil used to be my literal father:see John 8:44. From personal experience the devil has hate and power that is indescribable. Most of my experiences unshareable.

My Smith's 1884 [eighteen eighty four] Bible Dictionary has one statement under "Satan" that The Holy Spirit has focussed me on. Satan is trying to break the bonds between God and man and man and man. Bonds of truth and love. Using slander as a primary weapon. To me, just simply "Hate God and hate one another". Rather than agape one another. Rather than esteeming others better than oneself. Rather than being swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath do just the opposite.

Indeed discussions re "The Rapture" etc. can and have been a great source of "yelling and screaming" amongst Christians, just adding to the divisions and schisms in Jesus Christ Church. From my experiences over on Beliefnet in the Multifaith Forum the whole topic of End Times. Can see much of the results of Satan/devil activity both past and present. Opposing Titus 2:13 amongst many other Scriptures. 2 Thessalonians 2:4 included. Jesus said "What I say unto you I say unto all:Watch."

War. Daniel 9:26. Revelation 12:17. We know how this ends:probably unbearable to really think about.

Agape and peace to you all {Hope and pray}. THE agape of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. The peace of God. THE/agape/peace of THE God. The only true God, THE Father.

Ron...

Dear Kross:

Reason I put this under Spritual Warfare-focus is on the MASSIVE DECEPTION I mentioned. Believe one has to be in a Hebrews 5 state in addition to the whole armour of God to share, especially on a message board. Even face to face requires, to me, THE Holy Spirit 100%unquenched [control, filling, power, leading]. Deadly serious topic here. I also have been given experiential knowledge of 1 John 4:1-6 {e.g. have had 1 and 2 way conversations with both 1John 4:2 and 1 John 4:3 spirits}.

Peace.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
