I will always be divided on this issue. I have always said that this country could use a good Margaret Thatcher.

I am curious, why is it that people believe a woman cannot be president and still perform her wifely/motherly duties? It is a work at home job after all.

I believe part of it is a control issue..... part of it is hardened hearts..... part of it is custom and tradition......

First woman in the world to serve as the elected head of state, Vigd

I am prepared to see how a woman would do as president. I would like to think a woman would be more concerned with domestic issues than international ones. Without question we need to bring the focus back home and stop worrying about trying to control or influence everything that goes on abroad. This is where passed administrations have been messing up. We need to put all our attention on shoring up our own borders, our own infrastructure, our own economy, our own political processes and mending our own internal divisions.

I have done it both ways. Not run a country mind you LOL.

But for many years I was a stay at home mother, wife, and homemaker. Then tragicaly one night my husband was killed in a accident, leaving me with six children to raise on my own. And because of financial burdens I had to go to work full time. My skills in the job market were very limited so I had to use my years as a homemaker to my advantage.

For the first four years I cleaned homes, ( what a grueling back breaking, job). Then another five years as a pre-school teacher. All those years of working forty to fifty hour weeks, then going home and taking care of my family, plus teaching Sunday school every week, was a very hard time in my life.

But through God and the strength of the Holy Ghost was I able to continue on day after day. And I did learn somethings about my self. I could be bold, strong, and learn leadership skills I never had before when my husband was alive, he was all that and more.

So I know from expierience it is possible to do both, but my children did suffer to a certain degree because mommy wasn't there to help with homework, I missed out on alot of school functions, and the like.

Any women who feels she is called for the staggering call of running for president should really way out the pros and cons and seek God diligently for guidance because that would be one tough road to travel.

Our foriegn policy is what keeps us safe.

is it really? are we really safer with our current foriegn policy?

our domestic policy also needs much much much work, to include getting back to the constitution and the Bible....

we are so far off, that we are really hurting....

if we get back to basics, back to the Bible, back to God, we can again, become a great nation again, if we do not we are doomed as a nation, and at this time we are on the down hill slide.....

as a nation, we tend to try and shut the barn door after the cows are out, we are trying to secure our boarders after all the terrorist and non-citizens and illegals have already entered in....

one of the domestic issues is the slavery, human trafficing.... there are sweat shops in the USA that need to be SHUT DOWN, this has to do with domestic policy.....

in 1979, the USA needed to pull everyone back into the country, and forget about helping the other countries, protect our own country, forget about others...... but nope, we had people that were held against their will, but had not listened to warnings.

we are now like that again, we have people out side the USA that do not listen to warnings, and then want others risking their own lives to rescue them.

we have people starving in the USA, starving, freezing, naked, hungry, cold, lonely, and we are more concerned about some one that is a non-believer, wanting to do away with our way of life, do away with Our Savior and yet we cater to them.

if there is anyone we need to be supporting, it is ISRAEL!!!!!!!!! who is more deservant of our assistance or support?

Israel, that would welcome us? or Islam that would like to destroy us?

who are we helpping? who will be be helpping?

we need good domestic policy before we work on the foriegn policy..... we need to clean up our own back yard before we are to be trying to get our neighbor to clean up theirs.......

if we get back to basics then i think we'd never see a woman president.

Family values were different back then. Either back then is good or today is better. You cant have it both ways.

I Just Figure That Any Woman Worth Her Salt Would Not WANT 305 Million Crying Babies

Who Don't Love Her Demanding All Her Attention

When She Can Just Stay In Her Own Castle

With A Few Kids She Named Herself

That Really Do Love Her And

(Sometimes) Obey Her...............

However There Are Two Woman Who Might Take The Job

1) Sarah Palin Who Has A Wicked Sense Of Humor And Might Just Take The Office So She Can Hear The Goofy Press Daily Crying "Madam President, Madam President Did You Pay For Those New Shoes Yourself Or Did Imelda Marcos Will Them To You And What Do The People Of The Philippines Think About Your Shoe Grabbing Ways And....?"

2) Hillary Clinton Who Might Take Office Just So She'll Get Paid The Back Wages Due Her For The Eight Years Served As The "Real" President Per That Great American Historian, Rush Hudson Limbaug.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Matthew 6:10

And His Family

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying,

Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all,

and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds

which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches

which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. Jude 1:14-15

Is Coming Back To Jerusalem

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel;

for he hath visited and redeemed his people, And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;

As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:

That we should be saved from our enemies,

and from the hand of all that hate us; Luke 1:68-71

and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3:35-36

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
