  1. Israel was given the law to condemn them in their inability to keep it as the rest of the world... Israel is God's example to the entire world of the need of God's Son's ability to perform the law to God The Father's satisfaction... Jesus was the perfection of the law which condemns the rest of us! It never will be works as to us in keeping the law perfectly! It will always be His Life of perfection for us all... had the law not be satisfied in keeping by Christ there could not have been grace!
  2. Then loved one we have God through John teaching us of this 1 John 2:19 (KJV) [19] They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. For we the born of God knows that is simply nothing to go back to John 6:68 (KJV) [68] Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. The Bible teaches us the born of God simply cannot return to lies as truth ... there is nothing to back to!
  3. You call out to Jesus in belief: The because Evil began in lie... A lie is simply a perversion of truth and can be simply seen as-> in order for lie to exist- Truth must be existing first... This is the economy of Good verses evil / God verses satan! Thus, lie was not a created substance of God as shown us by Scripture: Lucifer's being- originated lie by wanting to keep the glory bestowed on him, that was to be returned to God, for himself... in this desire of glory the lie, as in iniquity, began within him Isaiah 14:13 (KJV) [13] For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: [14] I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. As we see lie can never have part with truth as it opposes and perverts... existing only on the merit of itself having no part with God... This we understand the separation is by essence of nature of~ not substance of - for God never had anything at all to do with it's being! The communication of God to allow this thinking Jeremiah 19:5 (KJV) [5] They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind: Jeremiah 32:35 (KJV) [35] And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire unto Molech; which I commanded them not, neither came it into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin. When Adam and Eve followed the lie- God's essence of Spirit, that which energized life, left them and in that moment died to the image they once held and became separated from God. To have the resource of essence of God- God must give it from Himself and as His substance is Spirit... it could not be gotten by a fallen cursed world nor the fallen humanity within it! The next 4,000 years God would show man this truth... some saw this truth and in their hearts they totally relied upon God to provide what they could not for themselves... this being the OT saints. Then Light as describe as: John 14:6 (KJV) [6] Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. This light came into a dark, sin ridden, world separated from God and explained the reality of the need and it could only come from God Who 'IS' Love John 3:16-21 (KJV) [16] For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. [18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [19] And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. [20] For everyone that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. [21] But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. We see how awful and dreadful sin generated evil is by the way of the cross and This beautiful Son of God that came into the world to provide the way of salvation for all who would come -testifies by Life and Truth this reality... Salvation is a personal event where one sees, through the witness of The Scripture, God's Word, all that they are and all that they are in is dark and evil ... This leaves the heart in a desperate place of void and worthlessness and the only recourse is to cry out in that place of belief to Jesus - Lord will you save me from all this-> that I might live in your Way, Truth, and Life. You have His guarantee that He will hear you John 10:9 (KJV) [9] I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. Revelation 3:20 (KJV) [20] Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. You must enter in through Christ 'Spiritually' as this is called new birth, born again, born of God and only God can place Himself within you! Your bodies will not be redeemed Genesis 3:19 (KJV) [19] In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return. Those who have found this new s/Spiritual Life cannot no longer live in their bodies as they once did but war has begun in themselves to walk in truth and in s/Spirit and not in the old ways...
  4. I'm not picking on you I promise sister of mine... could the law save any man?
  5. To understand your understanding here raises this question: The regeneration work of the Holy Spirit brings new life and is kept by The Holy Spirit as a seal for eternity 2 Corinthians 1:22 (KJV) [22] Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts. 2 Corinthians 5:5 (KJV) [5] Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Ephesians 1:13 (KJV) [13] In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, [14] Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. and this seal is of God's doing and in no way can be considered any way with works Titus 3:5 (KJV) [5] Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; How does this all change from His Work and His Mercy to our works in keeping it?
  6. It was the price of sin... the key: Hebrews 4:15 (KJV) [15] For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. yet 2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV) [21] For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. Jesus delivered to the eternal separation the sin of the world from the presence of God... the lake of fire it's holding... In God's Righteous Holiness He paved the way by Justice for those who would accept His offer of the gift through faith....
  7. Not only what my brothers have said but also the temptations were as we have experienced~ 'yet without yielding to a single instance' Hebrews 4:15 (KJV) [15] For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. As many the sins I have yielded to... this truth of Him magnifies Him to me as God in flesh... and the desperate need of His Life covering over my own...
  8. First and foremost we must let go of our bounds and let the mind be renewed in thought by The Word of God: Past, present and future are not to God the same... God only dwells in His eternal presence. Thus all things here as to what we call reality is distorted by lie and darkness and the rule of satan... John 3:19 (KJV) [19] And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. John 12:35 (KJV) [35] Then Jesus said unto them, Yet a little while is the light with you. Walk while ye have the light, lest darkness come upon you: for he that walketh in darkness knoweth not whither he goeth. John 12:46 (KJV) [46] I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. [47] And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world. [48] He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day. It is why God says we are to renew our minds to His Scripture Romans 12:2 (KJV) [2] And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. As we cannot go in our minds to perfection... 1 John 3:2 (KJV) [2] Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. so God has never been anything else... Jesus did not die in His sin but Ours ... Jesus never ceased being the light! The problem of God being in or existing in imperfection of sin around Him is already solved in Christ in this manner- His flesh from Adam through Mary never took part in sin and not once allowed Himself to be of the world... At the cross we see that He emptied Himself of total self desire and took as His the desire of The Father. At the epitome of light we see The Love of God displayed 'Father forgive them they know not what they do'... nothing came out of God on the cross but love as we see Paul and the Holy Spirit speaking about in 1Cor 13... 'all' can see this... 'all' can know this... 'all' can accept or reject this... 'It is finished' ... What we are left with is the solution outside of time where 'In the beginning' and the eternal state is all that will be or ever was... God has answered us in that the error of satan thinking that something could exist outside of God and be god is not possible... so God made a place for this error called the lake of fire and in the infinite of God, which we shall dwell with Him, in that perfection, the two shall never meet again...
  9. The cross itself was the concluding work of God bring about a new creation of s/Spirit which is kept by the power of God from sin and guaranteed and eternal place in that conclusion unto a new heaven and new earth where sin has not existed nor ever will be... sin has no place with God and never will have... 'It is finished' were just seeing that played out in drawing as many souls as whosoever will into that reality...
  10. now why on earth when weirdness come into the conversation you'd think of me
  11. General principle in hermeneutics: when the plain sense makes sense seek no other sense... when God, Who has no beginning, narrates to Moses 'In the beginning' with no other qualifiers! Then one is left with all from this point on begins ... so anything that began followed from in the beginning...
  12. The text is speaking of creation in Job... We know Jesus is The Son of God and satan is an angel and how that relates to morning star is brightness not star itself... Ezekiel 28:17 (KJV) [17] Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee. 1 Timothy 6:15 (KJV) [15] Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; [16] Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.
  13. then your hermeneutic is based on your assumption and not on text... God is very clear about His Word 'It is written'...
  14. The Bible does not say when angels were created... the Job account specifies their existence on the forth day but dies no claim they were existing when God created the heaven and the earth... Job 38:4-7 4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. 5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it? 6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof; God states no other present at creating heavens and earth ... and in verse 7 below Scripture testifies of the presence of angels on the fourth day when God created the stars-'morning stars sang together' 7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? KJV The pattern of God in creating: He makes the place and then creates the host that will be in that place.... so staying within the example God has laid out for us in His Creation we can say after God created the place heaven then angels could have been created anywhere from then to the fourth day when they are stated as being there...
  15. I like singing the little bunny fu fu song
  16. Genesis 2:1 (KJV) [1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. Adequately all contained in the created heaven and earth... being the entirety of creation...
  17. This is some good scholarship on the OP https://answersingenesis.org/genesis/gap-theory/
  18. The problem with that is you have God blessing and sanctifying all that He created Genesis 2:1 (KJV) [1] Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. [2] And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. [3] And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. So to hold to your view you have God blessing and sanctifying Lucifer's rebellion... and that would be theological suicide as to the character of God...
  19. Then you would have God breaking His own seal Revelation 22:18 (KJV) [18] For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: [19] And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Plus this would not be true then 2 Timothy 3:15 (KJV) [15] And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. [16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: [17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
  20. John 8:32 (KJV) [32] And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 17:17 (KJV) [17] Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. I'm going with God on what works and doesn't work...
  21. And when God has told us all His plans for the everlasting ->this peace can only be for them that accept those plans... We tell them, the unregenerate, that all of what they are has been separated out from God... absolutely all that they have experienced and pursued will cease... not to much peace for them in that. Yet that is our mission to point to the narrow way toward life... noting the quietness and assurance is qualified in everlasting are those who live in this light of His Word...
