If Adam and Eve were the first parents on earth then there could not have been people living in Nod unless one of two things happened. 1) some of Adams and Eves other kids all ready went there before Cain attacked Abel. and abel went to Nod and married one of his sisters after he got there. 2) God created people other than adam and Eve in a place called Nod at he same time not kin to Adam and Eve. A third option is no one lived in Nod and cain married one of his sisters and she became pregnant after she and cain had reached Nod.

Actually it doesnt say Abel was married. It only says Cain knew his wife after he committed the murder and was cast out to the land of Nod. They were adults yes, but it isnt clear on when cain was married or if abel was married. The line of abel died out. It seems cain was married to one of his sisters. there is no sign God created other people in other places ( Nod ) for cain to go there and take a wife. It may be she only became pregnant after they left to go to Nod. what you think about this?

God created Human beings to love them. He created his creation to express his love to them. God DIDN'T create Adam and Eve in a garden where evil was present. When God finished his creation he called it VERY good. Evil began with Satan in heaven AFTER Adam and Eve were already in the garden. Mankind was not destined to fail and NEED to learn right from wrong. But God DID know they would fail when he created them. That shows God's AMAZING love. he chose to create us knowing full well exactly what we would do. Oh I see, thanks for clearing that up for me, I didn't know that they were in the garden before the evil snake was present. But still, the garden was like a little piece of paradise, I wonder why God didn't forbid evil from entering it. It still doesn't make sense to me that God created us just to express love to us. Could it be that he created us for angels to find out what mortality is like living through us? I mean, us humans always seek the fountain of youth, maybe angels were seeking the opposite and God granted their wish? I know that's far fetched, just exploring possibilities... As they say " each to their on" i just find it hard to read a bible that cuts whole verses out and i also find it hard to read a bible that removes the word Christ altogether.

I think we are to learn from our trials and tribulation on earth. If we do not spend a lot of time in prayer and reading the bible we may not learn what we are suppose to. B= basic I= instruction B= before L= living E= eternally

I think if a person reads the gospel of John and Romans through Phileman he will be in good shape.
