I am a musician, folk singer, and play several instruments including, acoustic guitar, mandolin, dulcimer, recorder, flute, harmonica, piano and keyboards. writer/poet and commentator. was an analog audio/visual technician, and multi-media specialist, which included graphic arts as well, for the State of California Dept. of Ed. Ret.

Some more of my personal interests are creative writing, aspects of journalism, composing commentaries, sharing inspirational exhortations, plus a little poetry and prose. I also admire and enjoy arts and entertainment.  

Let me add this as an update on my profile status. It is in response to a new member and would sum up a little bit more about my personal standpoint and also the faith I have in Christ Jesus. Thanks for taking the time in checking me out. God bless.

Nice to meet you, my name is bethlehem. Named myself that cause it popped into my head, but it really sounds nice though doesn't it?

Hi Bethlehem, 

Yeah, I hear ya on that. I like it too. I did the same when taking my user as well. I'm not a huge fan of the song Mr. Bojangles, though it is a pretty good one. But, I did take the Bo, changing it with the French/Cajun in my heritage, and made that = Beau instead. No, I don't drink. I used to. Not too much, but there were times when I over did it. No one is perfect, right? So there you have it. BeauJangles, that's me. 

I'm quite a character and sometimes have unusual sense of humor. But I'm a very compassionate and caring person. If I take a shine to you, expect a fierce sense of loyalty and I'll stand behind you. No, you don't have to be brainy or overly articulate to impress me. I'm a simple man of simple faith. But, I do love Jesus intensely. He's done a lot for me and my life is for Him. We have a great ministry here. Welcome!
