I have had an experience with a man who spoke negatively of women in the work force. In his opinion, the US was fought for, and built by, the blood and backbone of the male species called American men. In his opinion and beliefs of women, iis that there place was at home barefoot and pregnant. I had been witness to his treatment of women in the work force and had to write several pages of reports about this individual and his actions to be court-martialed and banned from ever re-enlisting into any branch of the military. (I was not the only one required to write these reports).
Is this part of masculinism? Personally, I thought he was just a little messed up. Perhaps I was a little naive.
I was also ordered to use deadly force should he enter the premises of where I was working. I am thankful that the opportunity never arose.
