  1. Shalom @Ervin P It's much the same for me as well! Praise Yahweh. It's like a still small voice, without words but yet communicating clearly and deeply into your heart - in concepts and gentle guidance. It reminds me of Isaiah 30:21. May Yahweh continue to bless you with His guidance in the name of His Son, Yeshua. Love & Shalom
  2. Shalom @Berean, Forgive me if this question has already been answered by someone else. But, if not, please allow me to offer an opinion. The Book of Jubilees was one of the most found books amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls. It serves as a commentary of Genesis from a different perspective - not contradicting it at any point but establishing important topics that Genesis covers briefly. Now, in the Book of Jubilees it states that the daughter of Adam and Eve, Awan, married Cain, whilst their other daughter, Azura, married Seth. I hope that helps. Love & Shalom
  3. Shalom @Mystic_Pizza I recommend the youtube channel Jason A, link below. Ignore the "clickbait" titles, i don't know why he does that - perhaps to stand out. However, each video is thoroughly researched, sourced and presented very profeessiinally. For me, it's my weekly news broadcast to see what is truly going on in the world! (from a prophetic viewpoint). https://m.youtube.com/user/NoLife127 Love & Shalom
  4. Shalom @Walter and Deborah I love your posts. They always highlight the fundamental things we must bare at the forefront of our minds. Thank you for persistent posts which are good for edification of immature and mature believers alike. May Yahweh bless you both in this ministry and in your personal lives, in the name of our Lord Yahushua (Jesus Christ). Love & Shalom
  5. Um, I think you have quoted what I quoted first. So I'm not sure who you are addressing. Thanks
  6. Amen @luigi. May we be found to be counted within that second group, by His Grace. It's a blessing to see we share views. Psalm 133:1. Love & Shalom
  7. Shalom @luigi Yes it's a very interesting question. The way I read it, there will be two divisions of believers: Those who think they are ready but are not (like the church of Laodicea) Those who are ready because of faithfulness (like Exodus 19 of those who prepared themselves for His arrival) It's interesting how the Messiah describes this division in prophecy. He discusses them being in the Kingdom but also not allowed entry into the Kingdom, as in Matthew 5:17-20 I don't think that's a contradiction but a prophecy of them being IN the Kingdom NOW (in this age) but won't be allowed entry THEN, in the forthcoming Holy City (New Jerusalem). This would explain the prophecy in many of His others parables, such as the wheat and tares, the dragnet etc. Are these the ones who are part of the resurrection, because of their trust in His salvation, but are turned away the doors of New Jerusalem? "Depart, for I don't know you" Consider the passage below... Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life and that they may enter the city by the gates. Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood. - Revelation 22:14-15 Who are those outside? It could be those who are disingenuous with Yahweh in their thoughts, actions and deeds. Again, it makes a lot of sense of Matthew 5:17-20... "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished. Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Anyway, thanks for your reply luigi. I was happy to read it. Love & Shalom
  8. Shalom @Don19 I hear what you're saying. However, it you try a paradigm shift for a moment and try what I am saying and proposing the Scriptures teach, wouldn't it make sense of the Messiah’s words here: "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ - Matt 7:21-23 Note: Unbelievers aren't being addressed here This doesn't concern resurrection, but entry into the Kingdom to come (New Jerusalem). This, with the other Scriptures I highlighted and many I haven't, seem to indicate that there is judgment in the house of God, when our time will be assessed - just like the parable of the ten talents. Anyway, thanks for readimg my view and sharing yours. May we continue to grow in this matter. Love & Shalom
  9. Yes, around Durdle Door was crazy. Some people will never learn or obey. That's just how the Brits can be at times unfortunately. However, whatever they do, they do. I'm more concerned about you sister. My point was that not everything you see on the news isn't factually correct. Rather we are witnessing a type of propaganda to help facilitate the Government's plans of control. Figures are being greatly exaggerated and "footage" is being edited from previous pandemic events and redeployed. This virus isn't as bad as they are making out. But, again, if it was as bad as they were saying - if you are right with Yahweh, then you have nothing to worry about or fear. However disrespectful and ignorant our fellow Brits are being about the rules. It may come upon them, it may not. But the children of Yahweh need not fear anything but Him - and He'll keep you safe. This summer is going to be a very hot one and so the Brits will get worse for breaking the rules. With this and riots in London, we may see Martial Law introduced soon. You can see it coming on the horizon. That's the concern. Not the virus which may not be as aggressive as they are making out (based on independent analysis). Love & Shalom
  10. Shalom @luigi I think your answer lies in the following verses: Matthew 7:21-23 Matthew 25:1-12 Matthew 22:1-14 and with it Revelation 7:9 & 19:7-9 Some will be ready, some will not. Ans I'm talking about believers of course, not unbelievers who be definition will not be ready. A lot of the Bible talks about this division within the Kingdom. Whether it's the parables of the wheat and tares, good fish and bad fish, or all the very many prophecies of the Scriptures. The short summary is - some will be turned away from New Jerusalem with the words "I never knew you" and others will be accepted in as "good and faithful servant". Therefore, let's all strive to be in the latter group! I hope that answers the question you posed. Love & Shalom
  11. Shalom @Melinda12 I live in the UK also and I really don't think it's as bad as your a making out. The only concern is the NHS Track and Trace. But do you think this is as bad as the end times will be? Not even close. It hasn't started yet - although we are in the final times. But do you own research on independent reporters who are are out their revealing how empty many hospitals are and how greatly exaggerated and distorted the figures are, and how doctors are being heavily encouraged to detail cause of death as the virus when it is not. What you are seeing is probably 40% truth and 60% marketing, from the elite who are using this to take away our freedoms and scare us. Which is working well on the masses, and they applaud whilst handing over their liberties in the name of "safety". But, even if this all WAS real and true, don't fret. If Yahweh can save you from death do you not think He can save you from a virus too? One suggestion: Psalm 91 should be your meditation each day until you no longer fear the world. If you meditate on it deeply it should bring you peace on this matter. Love & Shalom
  12. Shalom @Open7 I'm not sure I completely understand your question, so forgive me if my answer is not hitting the point of your query... Why is it that you say that in the New Testament there is no condemnation of this? Be careful of what you accept as "fact" from mainstream Christianity, leaders and teachers. Examine the Scriptures carefully and give them your undivided attention over the words of popular teachings and Christian books. Sin is defined as breaking the Torah (not just what WE think is bad) and the Messiah warned us to sin no more, not "you don't need to worry about it now". Now, Israel was punished more immediately for this, as part of grander plan. But everyone will be called into account for their sins one day - no one escapes. For disciples of the Messiah, we will be saved from the wrath of God from believing and walking after the Messiah in our lives, but some as if jumping through the fire - barely surviving. So be under no illusion, everyone will need to give account - and how fearful it will be for a believer who knew the truth and yet refused to act upon it or undermined it by the sway of mere men's traditions. The Messiah was designated for the specific time. It wasn't as if Yahweh was slow in sending Him to us. He came when he was supposed to come, according to the times and prophecies - which is another subject in of itself. In short though, consider this. Yahweh said to Israel that He would be their king, but they refused and asked for a human king like the other nations. Yahweh conceded in this and allowed them plenty of times to try and get it a King right for themselves, so that they could never appeal against the forthcoming Messiah and say "we could have made a better leader, our own flesh could attain all that he did if we were anointed like Him." But in summary - those who died in the past (OT), died in the Messiah's day (NT) and die today will all be judged accordingly one day. Each according to their knowledge and their own conscience sake if they didn't know the Messiah or the Word. Everything will be carried out in complete fairness to all and in mercy towards His chosen ones. I hope that helps in some way - but I probably misunderstood you. If so, apologies! Love & Shalom
  13. Shalom @Open7 Great question. People do indeed die for their own sins. But the method in which they die can be related to another person's sin. In ancient Israel the Kings had the authority over the people and Yahweh dealt with the people through the Kings. The Kings were the nations covering and leader, much as our Messiah is over us. When the Kings sinned, the sinners of the people suffered as consequence and the righteous survived, which seems pretty well evidenced throughout the Scriptures. But those layman sinners may have suffered in a different way, had the King been righteous. Do you see what I'm saying? Both the sin of the King AND the sin of the layman is judged and executed upon together. It is as if the layman sinner is "marked for death" and when the judgement comes because of a sinful king, they have no protection during the wrath. But the righteous do. Now as for David on this issue, he actually asked for this form of punishment. Yahweh presented him with three options of punishment and David chose this method. Understandably, David then saw the horror and the error of his ways and repented for it. Interestingly, this led to the founding of the site for the Temple of Yahweh. I hope that helps you see things in a different light. Love & Shalom
  14. Shalom @branchesofHim I believe the Messiah was prophesying of the time to come for the Saints in His Millennial Kingdom. It seems that the elect will have terraforming abilities - perhaps to make their own land, or to rebuild areas after the great earthquake. Love & Shalom
  15. Shalom @Lifeasaking I think i remember your previous post. Marriage can be harder in the earlier stages than the latter sometimes. Stay close to Yahweh and live according to the Word, and I'm confident He will prosper you two. Now as for the prayer - I think it was perfect. As for the breeze - I'm very sure I've felt the Holy Spirit in the same way as well whilst praying! Only, DO pray aloud as our words have power (remember we were created in His image). Yahweh knows what's in our hearts but by praying aloud we solidify our hope and request to Him from the jumble that can pass through out minds. So to conclude, read the Word regularly, pray regularly (aloud), and live accordimg to the Word. Of you do these things, the Most High will lead you into all truth and liberty. I done the above when I was on medication for depression and He lead me by the hand to not need them ever again and He blessed my marriage in His great Mercy. But once again, our end of the bargain is to read the Word, do the Word and pray daily to Him - to praise and thank Him and to share our heart. Your exciting journey is still in the early chapters! Love & Shalom
  16. Shalom @ashwin2020 That's quiye a tricky situation that you are in. If your father refuses to see sense, then perhaps you can lead by example and show more love and tolerance for your grandfather. This may perhaps shame your father into reassessing his position. But the most important thing for you is to not start hating him. Avoid this at all costs. Break down that wall before it gets built, as one day you might find yourself acting like he does today. Understand that your father's threshold of care and tolerance is lower than yours and have sympathy towards him because of that. Again, try to lead by example rather than use threatening words about hell, as this won't improve the situation. He must act out of love, not fear. Finally, pray, pray and pray for your father. You'll be surprised how Yahweh can change the heart. And who knows, maybe that's exactly what Yahweh wants in this situation -for you to put it in His hands entirely. Love & Shalom
  17. Shalom @CaptWalker Great question. Perhaps I can help. Suppose you became the wealthiest man overnight. You had need for nothing. Everything you wanted and desired you could have. You had more than enough to give to as many charities as you wish and in great abundance. Suppose you had a son during those days who was coming of age and who you were training diligently in the ways of Yahweh.Y And you say to your son "Anything you ask for you can have. Just ask me, and it's yours". But suppose your son replies "aha! ANYTHING eh?? 15 prostitutes and enough alcohol to drink myself into oblivion". (btw I'm not saying that's you, just using an exaggerated example) Anything means anything, but it doesn't mean absolutely anything. You would be willing to give your son anything, but not absolutely anything. You would happily fulfil his heart's desire but not if the desire was going to lead away from Yahweh and into darkness. Giving to him in such a way would actually be a great crime. I believe the Father would give you anything, whilst you are walking on the path of righteousness. But, if He does or doesn't, be prepared in like manner to give liberally to others anyway, as He gives us enough day by day. But what to ask for then and where to draw the line? It's easy enough to clasp our hands together in our living room and pray for a new house or whatever, but would we really ask such a thing if actually stood before His throne as it is described in Ezekiel 1? Wouldn't we be ashamed to ask for some things that we casually do in the comfort our living room? For those things you would still be bold enough to ask Him if stood before His throne, then ask away in your living room - and believe without doubt that He will answer. Trust and He will see it done, I'm very sure of it! But as for the things you wouldn't dare ask if Messiah or ask the Almighty Creator at the foot of His throne, then don't ask for them either in your living room. The prayer will not be answered, in all likeliness. At least, that's how I understand it. I hope it gives you some ideas to consider. Love & Shalom
  18. Shalom @BrandonLee Amen. There is much more revelation behind the Hebrew word 'Elohim' rather than the English 'God'. I used to be very strict on this a few years back. However, I believe the Father has taught me to be more lenient on the matter... What I mean is that if I speak to a fellow believer or unbeliever and they say God, I say God instead of Elohim. If they say Lord, I say Lord instead of Yahweh. If they say Jesus, I say Jesus instead of Yahushua. If the choice is mine, or I speak first, or I'm teaching, then I use my preference. But in conversation, I mirror. The reason why is that communication is so important and if a believer or unbeliever wants to express their heart (albeit with the incorrect words) that expression is precious. However, if I interject correcting them on their terms and names, they're likely to bottle-up in fear of using the wrong words or even judge me as legalistic. In end result is broken communication or hindered expression. Now, the Father knows what is our hearts. He knows you prefer Elohim and YHWH. But whilst it's very important to exalt His Name, we should also be conscious that good interaction with others is paramount. And who knows, maybe they will be convicted on the matter naturally by your gentle guidance across time, rather than throwing down the "names and terms gauntlet" at the beginning of a conversation. I'm not suggesting you do any of the above! But I know that as my passion for His true Name grew, I became quiet stubborn about using any other title, foolishly. I hope the above makes sense. Basically I'm just saying use the correct terms and Name when you pray and share, but don't let it hinder your opinion or interaction with others who still only use God. Again, I'm not suggesting you do this now, just a heads up ------- As for His Name, after much research I believe it was pronounced Yahweh (YAH-oo-eh). If you would like to know more, there is a decent summary about it and it's variant pronunciations here: www.faithandtheword.com/yahweh -------- Love & Shalom
  19. Shalom @Tyler22 Indeed what you say is true. The Bible shouldn't be read only but put into action. And yes, for those who read the Word only, are in a worse position than those who have never read it. BUT those who stop reading it entirely, because of conviction, are in a even worse position than those who read it only. So you are right in your assessment, to some extent, but wrong with you assessment of how to escape "danger", if that makes sense. Now, please let me address the matter in hopes of bringing you comfort. What use is a blunt sword to a warrior? Shouldn't he first sharpen it on a whetstone before it's of any use? Now, to the sword, the whetstone is hard and defiant. It has an absolution that forcefully changes and shapes the sword, should the sword come near it. If the sword had emotion, I'm sure it would consider the whetstone as dangerous. Yet the whetstone's purpose and power is to actually make the sword useful to the owner - for it's intended destiny, otherwise the sword would be thrown away as useless. The Bible is a gift from the Creator. It's there to teach us and lead us to all truth. If we want the truth and learn how to please our Creator, we have been given all the information we need within its pages to do so. It's an oracle which should be respected and studied as such. Yes, initially it might seem overwhelming and difficult. But if you just take one step at a time, you will be doing wisely and no different than the first century gentile believers. As they joined the faith, they unlearned the ways of the world and slowly learned the ways of the Father. Again, one step at a time (which is so much better than steps in the other direction!) Seek for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, with all your heart and mind, and He will give the Spirit to you. The Spirit of Yahweh helps us to understand His Word, gives us strength to follow it and actually makes reading it such a joy - in ways that will excite and fascinate you, rather than worry and embitter you. So, if you are feeling convicted on something, repent and make the change. Why wait? Because if I could confirm that the Messiah was returning this evening, wouldn't you act then? Time is so short now and any small change you start to make is better than no change at all and walking away from the Word (whetstone). Consider you owned a company and had a company manual for employees to follow. One employee was slowly and steady on the uptake, only following very few rules but slowly increasing adherence. The other employee read the manual but didn't put it into practice - in fact, he said it was dangerous and refused to read it. Then, the time for redundancies arrive and you have to lose one employee. Who would you let go? Therefore and again, take one step at a time, that is fully acceptable. Deal with what you can today, and tomorrow what you can then. A walking pace is better than no pace. With all of the above in mind, consider deeply this parable of the Messiah: Luke 19:11-27. Don't bury the Word in the world, bury it in your heart. Accept it as complete truth, the very words preserved by our Creator, and He will grow the seed within you - if you are willing to be "sharpened". Love & Shalom PS - If you are struggling with any particular part of the Word, please post in here or feel free to PM me and I will help if I can.
  20. Shalom @Tyler22 What you feel is most likely from Yahweh. You are reading His Word and being convicted by the lessons therein. So be glad! It sounds like He is speaking to your heart. Now, don't think that Yahweh is just sat on the edge of His Throne anxiously trying to catch you out or itching to accuse you and damn you. He wants you, and us all, in this time of freedom and grace to act in the right way and choose the right path - willingly and voluntarily. Therefore, if you are feeling convicted on these matters and basically "not ready", start to put the Word in practice, one step at a time, but from today and with eagerness - trusting in His goodness and power to see into your heart. So then, one step at a time, starting with the things that you are most convicted about. And, as you do this, continually read the whole Word - not just the New Testament. Make it a year goal that no stone will be left unturned in the Scriptures, so that you have no grey areas of the books in the OT and the NT, and what their lessons are. Then, He will direct all of your steps accordingly. Love & Shalom
  21. How provocative. I struggle to see what good you hoped for in posting this.
  22. It's not the best for quite a few reasons. If you want an easy-to-read Bible that is fairly reliable, check out the ESV or CSB. If you want accuracy and a translation of the Textus Receptus manuscripts for the New Testament (not oldest manuscripts but arguably more reliable) go for the NKJV, as the KJV has old errors and can be tough to read. However, there is no one perfect transaltion unfortunately. They all have advantages and disadvantages. So it might be worth getting at couple (at least) such as the ESV and the NKJV. But I would leave the NIV alone, if you are able to. If not, and that's all you have, don't worry - you won't fall to evilness or anything! There's just several odd translation choices, here and there, which distances it's accuracy to the original. Love & Shalom
