the sad truth there are true teachers & false teachers, & yes there is sound doctrine & false doctrine, you just have to discern who you are listening to & what they are saying

there are some pastors who are saying that because of the Pandemic a great awakening is coming & that God is pruneing the church for another great revivial, what do you think great awakening or not?? is God purfying & pruneing the church or not? what should Christians do to prepare for another great awakening in America and perhaps the rest of the world??

I'm actualy reading the book of Jermiah right now & Jermiah was not welcome when he shared God's message to the king & preists, he was put in stocks, imprisoned in the kings castle, he told the truth to the people & they didn't want to hear it, that sounds a lot like America right now we are not listening to God and we have turned our back on him

I don't think God sent this Virus to punish sinners but I do believe that God's Judgement is falling on America & the world because we have turned our back on him, we have kicked him out of the schools, banned Nattivity scenes in the public square, I know some believers will not agree with me & I respect that

I don't know if anybody knows who Joshua Harris is he wrote the book called I kissed dateing goodbye, he has also said that he is not a Christian anymore & has walked away from the faith, this is preety shocking to me because I have read his book, but of course we need to be discerning about Christian authors too but this really shocked me, it also saddens me that a Christian musican would walk away from the Lord too but these are the last days & discernment is needed

I don't see any hersey hunters on Worthy but I do agree we need to be discerning about what people say on here pray & study God's Word

this is a hard one, there are many celebs in Hollywood who are Christians & are either blacklisted for their faith or they get beaten up, it's hard being a Christian in Hollywood I hear, & yes you shall know them by their fruits & by praying for them too

that is true we should not sound a trumpet when we give generously, good point made here
