Tray, we don't always have a answer< when my niece was killed outright by a accident , and her mother was driving the car, she has lived with deep guilt. All I could say to her is God, had a better plan for her. Then one night when praying for her I believe God spoke to me and said, " Ask her if she would deny ME what I could give her child"? I conveyed this to her, We never know why our loved ones die, the only comfort we have is knowing that maybe they are in a better place. You didn't say how the child is now? My granddaughter stopped breathing more times than I can remember, Drs don't know why, We just kept bringing her back. She is 8 years old now and has outgrown this praise the Lord. She is our Special baby. Dr.s don't know why or how she made it through so many times of not breathing. You are in a line of work giving yourself to all you help, But just remember, GOD is in control. Bless You, Tray.

I totally agree our country has gone off the deep end with loose morals, evil living and it does seem no-one cares, They just say it's the times of the world. Well, unfortunately , THAT is why we are where we are, OFCOURSE everyone who knows the Lord looks for His return and we can see how our world is changing , BUT we don't like what these changes have brought on our society. I think peole have allowed the immoral behaviour to get soooo out of control that we ARE in for a big awakening for the Lord. I believe that is what's been happening the last few years with all the distruction our country has had. I am appalled when I see how "Children" have taken over our country, maybe it did start back with, woodstock and the immorial behaviour that has been publized all these years, as a great time to be there and all.. IF we who are older ever acted with dis-respect as some kids do today WHOA to me... Our law makers think it's their place to CONTROL society by their laws . Which haven't worked, or why are we in the shape we're in.. Parents have lifted their hands to NOT correct their children and kids are killing kids, parents, or anyone they get a high from doing so. Look at all the kidnappings, rapes, drugs, ...I totally agree we are way too late to change the wrongs completly, but how do you bring a country back to a way of living 50- 100 years ago. Every way of life is so different today. Modern techs have corrupted people, more than helped. God help those who can see, hear, and know where we are, but rejoice in where we are going. Pray for His return and look for a better day!!

They desperately need prayer, these children are on a road with many potholes, Where are their parents???? Lack of guidence is leading our chilren astray. May the Lord GRAB onto them before it's toooo late, Donna

Kittylover: I think your testimony says it ALL," Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and He will lead you.". I personally think you are on a solid road, much more than many teens today, I would think your parents to be very proud of you and your convictions. Stand FIRM in your convictions don't let ANYONE lead you astray. The ten commandments tell us that adultry and steeling are wrong, if anyone believes different then , that tells you immediately their beliefs are WRONG. What kind of person would want you to believe these sins are acceptable to man or our Savior??? Many young people have given their lives to the Lord at young ages and they can be truely lead by GOD in their lives. You stay strong in your living for the Lord and you will be lead by Him.. It's sad the world can not see this picture and understand the works of our Father, you showed us a very good point. Much to think about, someyimes we overlook whats right in front of our face, I think sometimes we don't stop to see what God is trying to show us. Thanks for making this clear to me and giving me light to see Gods WISDOM..

Well, this is a deep subject with all of us learning a new way of life. I feel the frustration from all who are going thru a divorce, I have been thru THREE . All abusive. I came from a disfunctional home { as they call it these days. My parents divorced when iIwas 6 , there were three children at the time all under 7. We grew up divided, I went thru sexual abuse for 5 years as my mom didn't believe me till years later. My older brother came to live with us when He was 12, badly damaged from a wicked step-mother. My mother had ,had another child from her 2nd marriage. Money was very tight, life was fighting for survival. So, I married at 16, my mom never tried to stop me , infact encouraged it. I was married 16 years, had two children and knew by the 2nd year my husband was into porn. He also hid it in the attic, We had rough years with him not being a father only to critize his children. Then my kids at 12 and 14 said when we are 18 we're out and never coming back. Oh, I forgot to tell you, he was a choir leader, church assistant to our minister, we left the church at my doing because of the hyprocrise. Our chidren did learn right from wrong which I am eternally grateful.Anyway I decided, my children would always be in my life, so I divorced him. Then here I am unaware of the world and it's EVIL, I go to a bowling ally for someone to talk to . They sell alcohol, you got it. I got it way tooo late. I then married two and half years later to a alcoholic in recovery, that I had gone with 2 years. That was no good. He started drinking again and I hadn't stopped completly. I was well on my way. Then after my 2nd divorce I remarried , 13 years later after a relationship with this 26 year retired sarg.who loved to use his fist and mouth, Well, after separating 6 x's I finally said HIT THE ROAD.. I had gone into treatment 2 years earlier and was sober..Praise God , He showed me what humility was when I sat on a cold cement slab, my second DUI.. He gave me strenght to say this relationship was not His doing. I still knew there was a God, or I would have been dead by then. Today, I am on disability after years of lifting patients in a nursing home and doing heavy lifting. I am 59 living with my 39 year old son in my home. I am at PEACE. No yelling screaming, or verabal, or phyiscal abuse.for 7 years. I am where my Father wants me to be. Today, I share the word where ever I go. I believe we go thru hard times in order to give strenght to others. God has blessed me by giving me lost souls to bring to Him. That's what we are here for.Also, My daughter has contacted her father and he choses not to be a father or grandfather, his loss. But I never told them bad things about him, they found out for themselves. Just as I did about my father, Funny , I have found history repeats hits self UNLESS we break it. My children and grandchildren are my life--After my Savor..We will survive only IF we put our trust in HIM,,Praise Him forever. I am looking for my flight out of here...

I personaly I think this public display of personalities is a joke!! I think this is the pot calling the kettle black. the known life styles of both of Trump and O"Donnel are not lifestyles I would think is pleasing to God by any maens. To watch Rosie cut down anyone else is just not acceptable in my book..The show has had outspoken remarks by two of them hosting the last week. Maybe they are trying to see who can outdo the other. But personally I see the show going off the air. NO Loss.. Another thing I am VERY Happy to see is FOX News showing to their viewers that they do believe in saying "merry christmas" and seeing them promoting christain beliefs in the commericals.. I gave up watching other news broadcasts because of there bias opinions.. May we all be careful of what we SEE, HEAR, And say.

I am courios. Doesn't anyone believe that the church will be gone at the time of anyone being forced to having the mark of the beast, or a chip implant being mandated for them to " buy or sell"????

Amen! I have often thought of the past and the scars I have from my life. I KNOW today that if God had let go of me I would not be here .. So, many times I was on a path of self destruction and I stumbled till I bled, but my Savior never let go of me. I think of how my life could have been a road traveled without all the ruts and potholes but, I know in my heart that those ruts and potholes made me appreciate all that I have today in KNOWING my Savior. Think about the word Savior,it means just that SAVE-Your SOUL. I truely believe we ourselves and God , sometimes, put ourselves in situations in life to teach us and to be able to say to someone else down the road " I understand". You ever say I understand to someone and you really don't?? There's not too many times I could'nt say I understand. because I"ve been there....Today, I am on disability and living day to day without having fiancial security, BUT I know MY Savior knows. I must rely on HIM to carry me through, He was there when I didn't know it and still clung to me, when I didn't cling to Him!!! Praise God from where all blessing flow!!!

I can understand all your postings on weight, That is what we all seem to think on when the holidays are here. I too need to get rid of 50lbs. and would help me feel soo much better. Tell you what I did 38 years ago, went on a low fat- low carb diet of my own, My Dr was shocked when he seen me 6months later. I went from 215# to 140#, Dr said not to go below 150, because of my body frame and hieght, but boy did I feel great. I would walk by store windows and say "that can't be me" I had been overwieght as a child, then at 21 I was in great shape. I exercised three times a day, before my kids got up, when they took a nap and before bed. WELL, I didn't have the back, and leg pain I have today. I have lifted people in the health care field for 24 years and our family has a neuromuscular dieases, MS and Charciot Marie Tooth. and I can't keep my back and hips in place, I have spasams all the time in my back and legs,, IN GREAT SHAPE FOR THE SHAPE I'M IN!! Right.NO I too just eat what ever is handy, NOT good. Oh by the way, I kept the weight off for 22 years. Woke up one morning after feeling a TEAR when reaching high up in my job, and my pants wouldn't close. From then on the last 15 years it has crept back on. Not happy to say I weigh 200, and am 5'6", I am paying for it with pain all the time..Our family also has diabetis, heart disease, blood pressure, plus the muscle problems..I can believe we live in a time where our blood lines are contaminated, no more pure blood lines. Which I think has caused many diseases..We also live in a nation with access to TOOOOO much food. We have been taught to eat what is on our plate, don't waste it. Well, now this generation has passed that onto our children and grandchildren.GOD HELP US FROM OUR WAYS OF THINKING. PUT smaller amounts on the plate DUH!! I hope you all read this and say she fits right in, I and " CHEWING" myself out at this moment for MY bad habits, We ALL need encouragement to fight the fight of FAT.. I need to pray GOD close my mouth.... I don't NEED that ice cream at nite and the quick cookies with my coffee...Lots of food for THOUGHT this morning, I just need to remember it ALL day.

One wonders if people can look at the earthquakes in Bam, and the indonesia quake two years ago, and consider them 'coincidence'. What is a quake that kills 50000 people? if not the wrath of God? What is a quake and wave that kills hundreds of thousands if not an act of God? Can you say that God knew it was going to happen and simply allowed it to happen without warning? No, certainly not. God is still judging sin the same way this very day as he did in the days of Noah. People are just too blind to see it. They like to think there is no God and that they can just go about their business. During the tribulation 2/3 of the earth's population will be killed by plagues from God, and 5/6 of the beasts army will be destroyed. That is most certainly the same wrath against sin as we see in Soddom and in Egypt. True, I feel the same with new orleans, is it an act of God? Judgement for enequity? I think today there are many christains that are in a drunken state, where they don't follow what is happening in our world today, they are blind to the events of the world.I have found when you try to explain and discuss the issues, they put blinders on,God tells us to be awake and watch, don't be asleep ,yet they choose too, ALMOST in a act of IF I don't know I won't have to be responsible,

I totaly agree with Hal, I was very disappointed that Zola Levitt was taken off TBN, They sent out letters saying it was because they had a contract only with Zola, but it is a fact they also warned him before his dying that he needed to not push the topic of Islam and the threats of the terriorst communities..I notified TBN I would no longer watch their station as they were cutting programing that is very important to the chiristain communities. I feel they are not allowing the truth to be told. Also with ALL the glitzt and glitter I don't feel this makes a good impact on winning souls for Christ. Many people struggle daily to make ends meet and then when they hear christain speakers begging for money, they are turned off when they see GOLD embelished sets and wonder what the money really goes for , and who's pocket it goes into!!!

This is true for our world today, The whole picture to believers is clear, when you try to explain to no believers AND some that are believers they don't want to listen that, THIS IS GOING TO GET MORE OUT OF CONTROL IN OUR WORLD. They just turn off there minds so they don't have to look at what is happening. When GOD said we would see terrible times we are and we can see where the sin in our world has advanced to a out of control state. I find it very hard to imagine how many parents are killing there own children and children killing parents. BUT the bible says this will happen and we are here..God help us to hold stead fast to His word.

I have found asking for patience can really lead to God showin you how to develope Patience. Years ago I prayed for God to give me patience and my husband was laid off from his job. We were in really bad shape for awhile, My minister said to me when I told him I had prayed for this he said God is showing you how to live with patience. I too have found since Isreal was actively at war I am anxious for the Lords ccoming. I am having a hard time planning ahead and even getting focused on daily things, How about you??? ]

This is so true. My mother a couple of months back had a stoke and the thoughts that went through my mind was peace with the Lord and good health for my parents. I went through so much stress because of this but the Lord kept me going and directing me what to do. Faith and patience is a wonderful thing and a great gift God has brought into my life I am so thankful for.
