God does not love me. He has never loved me.

and....

there is nothing I or anyone can do about that.

I once was found but now I'm lost.

Bummer

If you want to know why I feel this way. Well...., two and half decades of cold silence from above in response to many prayers.

Twenty five years of no replies to painful cries.

I can't stand the silence anymore.

So you're saying that he loves all us who he does talk to - but not you?

Why do you think that is?

PS - If you want to reject him, you have that choice. However implying that either 'he loves everybody else and not you' or 'we're all a bunch of fools who only imagine we have a relationship with God' isn't going to work in a place full of people who know better.

If you're going through a really terrible time in your faith, then feeling bitter is understandable, but in those times we need to reach out and ask for help and prayer from others.

God is faithful - but we have to be faithful in return.

PPS. Are you spirit filled? (Been baptised in the spirit as a seperate baptism to water baptism?) If you haven't, then the road is a lot quieter because you're in control. The bible tells us that we need to be baptised in both water and spirit John 3:3. Once we're led by the spirit, christianity is a totally different story because we're following instead of leading.

Hope you find peace in this.

*praying for you

1 Kings 19:9-14 (New International Version)

9 There he went into a cave and spent the night.

The LORD Appears to Elijah

And the word of the LORD came to him: "What are you doing here, Elijah?"

10 He replied, "I have been very zealous for the LORD God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, broken down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too."

11 The LORD said, "Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by."

Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. 12 After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. 13 When Elijah heard it, he pulled his cloak over his face and went out and stood at the mouth of the cave.

Then a voice said to him, "What are you doing here, Elijah?"

14 He replied, "I have been very zealous for the LORD God Almighty. The Israelites have rejected your covenant, broken down your altars, and put your prophets to death with the sword. I am the only one left, and now they are trying to kill me too."

Please read the whole chapter. :whistling:

He hears you trust in Him He hears you. :24:

Two months ago was the 25th anniversary of when I put my faith in Christ.

This weekend, while driving home from a friend's house I discovered something.

As I traveled along the dark country roads near his house and my thoughts perused the last two and a half decades in the Faith, I came to a sudden realization.

God does not love me. He has never loved me.

and....

Welcome to worthy.

DADDY is closer to you than you'll ever realize my friend. HE loves you so much that HE will give up a whole nation just to save you. (Isaiah 43:1-5)

Sometimes we asked for strength, then DADDY gives us difficulties to make us strong, asked for wisdom, then HE gives problems to solve, love, then HE gave us troubled ppl to help, favours, then HE gave us opportunities, It may seem that we didnt receive anything we wanted, But we've received everything we needed.

DADDY said HIS plans for you is to give you hope for a good future.

HE knows your heart, your pain, your fears, HE hears you when you call. Just hold on to HIM.

HE really really really loves you more than you ever can comprehend.

You are A Designers Original, Fearfully & Wonderfully Made. You are Royalty. A Son of The Most High KING.

I'm praying for you,

Hi Moseby

It is easy to feel like this when overwhelmed by the trials of life and seemingly "unanswered prayer". I have been there. But in those times it is good to remember that although we may sometimes let go of God, He NEVER lets go of us. One of my favourite hymns is "O love that will not let me go" and one of the verses is in my signature. Another hymn that has blessed me in these times is

"My hope is built on nothing less,

Than Jesus' blood and righteousness

I dare not trust unto my own

But wholly lean on Jesus name

On Christ, the solid rock I stand

All other ground is sinking sand".

Stand firm brother on that solid rock. When Jesus asked his disciples if they were going to leave Him Peter replied "Lord, to whom shall we go. You have the words of eternal life". This life isn't all there is and one day we will understand why some of our prayers weren't answered in the way we would have liked.

It's funny that when things are going great in our lives it seems like God is right there with us. But when things go wrong we wonder where in the world is God!

The devil is a liar. God does love you. Seek God, you will find Him.

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" (Matt 7:7, KJV).

First: Seek God, not answers to prayers. He isn't in hiding. I'm praying for you.

Now, I have to ask the question, those seemingly unanswered prayers, the pain you went through, has it helped you understand somebody farther down the road?

Ex:

My grandfather died from liver cancer when I was 6, I had prayed so hard that he would live, that he would get better, I would cry from praying so hard. He died anyway, I was furious, I was so upset, like major upset, like I still cry myself to sleep the week around the day he died. But now I understand why he had to die. I've looked back and I've seen the good that's come of it. I've been able to comfort my friends who lost grandparents after me, as I was the first in my class to loose one. I've become more attuned to others emotions. And I realized, God prepared me to help my boyfriend through the sudden, very sudden loss of his beloved grandfather in February. His best friend told me first thing in the morning but then I went to my boyfriend's homeroom. My boyfriend looked ok to the untrained eye, but I could tell he just wanted to break down and cry, especially after he told me, I whispered "I know," and I hugged him and I held him and he just started to sob. And I just held him until I had to go back to my homeroom.

So God answered my prayer "no" and that was the first prayer I had ever prayed with a cause. One would think that that would have severely shaken my faith, especially if you knew me, but it didn't it made my faith stronger. It lead me to my boyfriend, who is very much like my grandfather, and it helped me help others.

I don't know how, but I hope this helps.

Peace out

~Beka

Hi Moseby,

God always answers prayers, but not always in the way we want Him to answer them. When that happens, I always try to remember that "God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts." He sees the whole thing, we only see a small part of it.

I pray that God Himself will draw you near. I know He will.

Blessings...South

God's love is a GIFT! how awesome a gift! of course it's there, it's wrapped up all pretty with a big bow on top! never doubt God's love; God IS love (john 4:8)!! john 3:16 - "Fod God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

faith trumps all when you're in trouble or feeling 'down'.. romans 5:5 - "Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out into our hearts by the holy spirit who was given to us."

while all else fails, God's love never fails (1 corinth. 13:8); love is a permanent, unconditional concern for others that results from the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit, rather than from human effort or desire.

might I ask you this - do you love others? do you experience love on a daily basis? if not, perhaps that is why you simply cannot feel God's love.

hope this helped some - i'll be praying for you.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
