The setting is Jerusalem, Israel is the main object of Revelation, there will also be gentiles who will come to know Jesus as savior, the whole world will be affected by the Anti- Christ, but those who do not receive the mark of the beast can be saved, below are some verses I believe shed some light on this period, and I believe the church will be removed, because the Holy Spirit is taken out of the world.

Revelation|11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a

rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple

of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

Revelation|11:2 But the court which is without the temple

leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the

Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty

First where do you get the idea of Israel being the main object for Revelation?

Second where do you get the idea that The Holy Spirit is taken out of the world.?

Who is going to minister to the saints if the Holy Spirit goes.

There are man aspects to Revelation, the Ten nation confederacy, the mark of the beast, saints and any who will not receive the mark, will be be-headed, not being able to buy or sell without the mark, but even if you are be-headed for Christ you will gain eternal life.

If the saints, as the pre-tribbers say, are going to be raptured where are you getting those who refuse to to take the mark from. Are there only special saints who are going to be raptured and some who are not. I dont think so. The OSAS people say everyone who is saved are caught up in the rapture. You are saying there will be saints left behind to be able to refuse the mark. someone has to be wrong.

2 Thessalonians 2

The Great Apostasy

Falling Away from Christ

1 Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 2not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

I believe the Anti-christ will claim to be the returned Messiah and as such will claim to be God himself.

All Praise The Ancient Of Days

PS: i am not a pre-tribber

:t2: I have a question....what is the falling away?....is it going to be a huge amount of people turning from God knowingly?....or is it going to be a huge number of people fooled into thinking that the man of perdition is God?

I get confused as to the falling away....I don't understand who is going to be in that group. Maybe there isn't a solid answer, but I would sure like to hear some ideas. :P

Love and Blessings,

Angel

P.S. pssssssst...Adstar I'm not a pretribber either. :P

I will try to answer your question of why I believe that the church will be rapture before the Tribulation period, and yes there are believers, who become believers during the tribulation, and prophesy concerning Israel in the end times is all through the old and new testament. Below are verses I believe support these points of view.

Let me begin with Israel in Revelation chapter 12, John through inspiration of the holy spirit and first hand knowledge through a vision: To understand this chapter you must read trough the whole chapter and ask yourself several questions, which nation gave birth to Christ? The twelve stars represent the 12 tribes. This dragon having the seven heads and ten horns is revealed in chapter 17 and 18 in the book of Revelation, the book of Daniel also describes these kingdoms, from which the 10 nation confederacy will arise, Babylon, and the Roman Empire were two of the notable kingdoms but to get into that discussion will detract from answering why Israel is this woman in chapter 12, back to the issue at hand in rev 12:5 who will rule all nations with a rod of iron and was caught up to God and his throne? Has to be Jesus, right? In rev 12:6 the woman fled into the wilderness, I will give some references from Zach and other book that show that this is speaking about Israel, I will try to explain why this verse is here and its relevance beyond this reverence.

Revelation|12:1 And there appeared a great wonder in

heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her

feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:

Revelation|12:2 And she being with child cried, travailing

in birth, and pained to be delivered.

Revelation|12:3 And there appeared another wonder in

heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and

ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.

Revelation|12:4 And his tail drew the third part of the

stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon

stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to

devour her child as soon as it was born.

Revelation|12:5 And she brought forth a man child, who was

to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was

caught up unto God, and

Sorry John3;16, but all you have done is reprinted half the Revelation and great chunks of Zechariah that I have read before over and over, which proves nothing of a pre-trib rapture. However keep studying my brother, and you too will come to know the truth from a lie.

be blessed,

eric.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
