Freemasonry is not a religion, one must believe in a higher power to become a member. It is a fraternity of good men making themselves better. Dont listen to all the hype over masonry being anti christian its anti no religion.

If you say that and really mean it, you have not been invited into the esoteric side of Masonry. i know the oaths one takes to become a mason, and if you are among them you would have had to take those oaths and if so there is no reason whatsoever for me to trust or believe a single word you say,

The oaths are symbolic. Yes masonry has a religious overtone but one can be of any faith and be a member. Masonry is not anti Christian in fact many members of my lodge are prominent men in the church and society.

Masons can attend OES meetings, but the OES members cannot attend a meet of their male counterparts

I have several close reletives that were involved in the esoteric side of Masonry and they would beg to differ that the oaths were symbolic. As I said knowing those oaths, there is no reason for me to believe what you say.

There are many people involved with estoric form of Christianity. I am sure you can see the missguided souls on TBN. I am a Charasmatic Spirit filled conservative Christian, who is also a member of a fraternity who are Freemasons. I have seen crazies in every denomination just as iam sure there are many misgiuded freemasons.

I don't know of any form of Christanity that requires all it's members to make the oaths that you have made in front of witnesses. I don't know who you are or what level you have attained, but the things you have had to say make you completely untrustworthy to anyone other than a fellow mason....... you chose to do that to yourself.

Why are there secret oaths and ceremonies? We are a light, and the light shouldn't be hidden.

I do not understand how I am untrustworthy I am a Christian first and formost. Freemasonry is just a fraternity in fact you must believe in God to enter in. Masonry has been persecuted by the church because of ignorance. Yes andy we are the light of the world I do not solicite masonry or wish any one to join unless they come so of there own free will. We have secret oaths and cerimonies so outsiders dont find out what we do HA HA. Its tradition going back to the stone guilds and beyond some say even to the knights templar.

I don't understand the need for secrecy. If it is pure and noble, why must it be hidden?
