When you look at evolution of the eye for the first time it seems near impossible that it could have come about by evolution. To me saying god made the eye or that it took millions of yeara are both far out theories. Darwin explained that even though it is improbable does not mean it didn't happen that way.

So if not evolution, then I wonder by what other means Darwin was willing to accept; having rejected God as the Designer of man and everything else that exists.....

Horizoneast, you keep saying that evolution is unguided chance. Clearly you have never taken a science course in your life (or never listened). The basic premise is that natural selection is not chance. We're going around in circles because you don't know evolution. Done. Read a biology textbook. I have a biological anthropolgy one that would help wonders with you (or, at least I have hope that it would. I really shouldn't.) It'll explain things even you can understand.

Your "evidence" is based on theories that can't be proven, verified, falsified, or even tested. So I'd say, your evidence isn't real. Its not even considered a valid theory or alternative.

And if the scientific community deems it to be more likely than the theory now, congratulations you've changed the theory. Did Darwin question his own theory? Answer: Yes, he did. That's the way we scientists do things.

Do Christians question their theory? Answer: No.

The troubling thing for me is that belief in God (which flavor? which denomination?) or gods completely flies in the face of all evidence, and yet you seriously think you can poke holes in scientific theory? Please.

Science is to do with facts and religion is to do with beliefs. You may believe what you like and I respect whatever you believe. But when you start to say silly things about science, remember that what you believe is not necessarily true. It's not all that long ago that most people on the planet believed the earth was flat, but believing it did not make it so.
