That is not how he will be revealed. Â Christ referred to Daniel's Prophecy about this man but, specifically to the "abomination that maketh desolate standing in the Holy place". Â That will be the "little horn" speaking great blasphemies from the Holy seat of God in the Temple. Â Thanks to John's Revelation, this is confirmed by him also. Â And, Paul referred to this "revealing of the man of sin/perdition" in II Thess. 2. So, a man with a guillotine instead of the instruction in Matthew 24 about the kind of servant He expects to find? God Bless.

A "bow"?  Where does it say the a/c will have a "bow"?  If you are referring to the "four horsemen" in Rev. 6, then who are the other 3?  These four rather represent 4 spirits of War, Murder, Famine and, Death.  God Bless.

However, why wasn't the topic of rapture wriiten in the Old Testament? Why isn't there a prophecy on Rapture? The idea of Rapture only came into view back in the 1800's. Were their Prophets alive back then. Some say Joseph Smith, yet many don't believe in what he has said. Were the two men who came up with the idea-Prophets? Again I say- Why would G-D take all the mature Christians to heaven and leave only the baby christians to tell the good news of Jesus The Christ? I know many people who believed in the beginning about the Rapture however thru study they have changed their minds about it. Plus if I was the only person who said I didn't agree then that would be something. However there are many Christians who don't believe in the Rapture! If the Jews had accepted Jeaus The Christ, they won't haven't given Him a Greek name because he has a Jewish name, Yeshua.(I know the Jews didn't accept Him) Since Paul was a Jew and practiced the Jewish religion prior to Jesus, why didn't he use the Hebrew name to begin with? These are just questions!

I know about the Latin and Greek translations. However, why wasn't the topic of rapture wriiten in the Old Testament? If you know about the harpazo, why did you say it wasn't in the Bible? Rapture in the OT? Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain. Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem! re: Rapture RCruise~ I did believe. However, after I did some research and found out that two men in the early 1800, added this idea, I have changed my mine. I know their are Scriptures to justify both sides. I believe that I won't be harmed by the wrath of G-D because I am covered by the blood of Yeshua. I sure do have a better understanding of why we need to have a personal relationship with Yeshua. :lightbulb: Not only a binding relationship but one that is on a firm foundation and a strong center beam. YHVH knows where I am. There are too many ideas and beliefs, amongst Christians that could throw one off guard, if you would listen to all of them. I will continue to read, ask questions, then confer with Yeshua. For He is my Beautiful Savior!
